I think I have a problem with sleeping, for about 4 months now, I can't get to sleep until about 2-3am, even on school nights. I'm always tired in the day at school, and I find it difficult to concentrate in lessons because I keep wishing the time would go faster so I can go home to bed. Because after school, when I get home, I go to bed at about 4pm and then wake up to do my homework at 8pm. I'm wide awake after then so I can't sleep until 3am. I've tried staying awake after school, but I was still wide awake until 3am. I can't keep not sleeping after school because I'm too tired to do homework when I get home, and if I don't do my homework I'll get loads of detentions. My mum thinks I should go to the doctors, but I'm refusing, because I'm terrified that they'll do a blood test on me, the thought makes me feel sick. How can I get into a normal sleeping pattern without going to the doctors, and if I have to go to the doc's, am I allowed to refuse to have a blood test? Thanks =] (link)

ok well, in social studies class i sit in the back. And the other day this kid Dan had been absent and we had a test that day. Well the day he came back he had to take it (i sit next to him) and during his test his cell goes off. In my school we r not aloud to have cells phones. And he thought if he reached in his pocket and turned it off then the teacher would think he was cheating. So he wisppers to me to turn it off. So i reach in his pocket about to turn it on when the teacher sees us. She thought that i was doing some thing **else** inhis pocket then turning off his cell phone. Now i have a detention for "cheating" and for doing other stuff wit dan!! wht do i do?!

I have been really depressed lately and don't know what to do at all. I feel like everyone is out to get me and i'm always getting so mad over the little thing people do. I don't even feel like hanging out with some of my best friends sometimes. I've also cut myself a few times but I don't want to resort to that. I don't want to talk to my mom and please don't say "You need to though" I would feel so weird talking to a counceler and my friends just don't understand. I'm lost, confussed and need someone to give me some advice on what to do.

Hey, this is mainly a question for girls. Alright, I have shaving gel, shaving cream, everything and everything to make shaving easier..and my legs smoother. EVERYtime I shave, which is usually during my shower, the day after..I have razor burn. It is..disgusting. Little red dots, and hairs..are already all over my pale legs. Is there ANYTHING I can do to prevent this? After I use a shaver three times, I have to get a new blade..is this normal? Becase..otherwise, the third time I use it, my legs get cut everywhere, and bleed. It suckssss. Help me, please. :/ Thankss. (link)

Hey! okay well i know this is kind of gross but i sweat a lot! Whether is summer or winter it's horrible, especially wheni wear tight t-shirts! I get huge sweat marks and i don't know what to do! My mom and I got into a fight last night because i was sick and she didnt want to take me to the doctor. my friend is having a party tomorrow night and i really want to go but my mom says im grounded just because i confronted her with the fact that she is the ONLY one allowed to be sick! He is my next door neighbor and i think i should go anyways! She cant show her butt or we will get kicked out and if she tries to hit me she knows i will call the cops because i have before. well heres the deal, my parents have been divorced since a was like 3 (im 13 now). ive always lived with my mom and my dad lives over 300 miles away. i can only see my dad every-other weekend and i really don't like that. i miss my dad a lot when im not over there and im thinking about maybe moving over to his house. but i don't want to hurt my mom's feelings or leave all my friends here (but i don't think that making new friends will be a problem). ive also been having lots of problems with my mom lately...
