I have Picasa 2, but I see pictures that my friends have that are really neat! (For example, there is a certain, perfect, spot in the picture with color and the rest is black and white, or everything is one color and their eyes are like a sparkly blue, etc.) Is there a FREE photoshop out there online that can do really cool stuff? Or what is a cheap (like under $50 maybe?) program I can buy that can do things like that?
I know the real GOOD Photoshop is like 600 buckaroos..
right?

You can do things similar things with cheaper programs. (Paint Shop Pro?) It's usually just using a selection tool, options for changing color, and a blur/dodge/burn tool.
Experiment with what you have.

ok so I've been wanteing to shave nown there for a long time now but i dont know how i should or if i should. Im a virgin when i have my frist time i dont want to look stupid if i didnt shave or didnt shave right. so how do you do you shave it all or just the sides or how? (link)

Shave with the grain, not against.
And... A good alternative to shaving cream is hair conditioner.

I have Social Anxiety Disorder, look it up if your not fond of that. I've been actually recently getting it. have you? it makes me feel like im not alone on this, that's why i asked the question. What are some ways you tried relaxing and it worked? (link)

I've had an anxiety disorder since birth.
The only thing I know that will /always/ work is getting out of a situation that makes me feel uncomfortable.
Breathing sometimes helps a lot but it really just depends on the situation.

Then go to thrift stores (or any other, really) and find clothing that's similar or so, and modify them.

Lately I've been noticing big changes in my attitude and in the way I act. And I'm not the only one who's been noticing it my friends all tell me that they"re noticing it also . I use to be a happy person outgoing who loved meeting new people and making friends who rarely ever got mad or was ever in a bad mood but now I'm noticing myself having an attitude and getting pissed off over small things and not outgoing anymore I'm noticing myself giving attitude to everyone and making them feel bad with it. I'M NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL! I WOULD NEVER HURT ANYONES FEELINGS ! I don't know what to do I don't want to be this person I've grown to be does anyone know what I could do?? (link)

I'm 15/f (sophmore) and this guy who is a senior has hung out with me a few times and as much as I hate to say it, I'm completly smitten with him, (no this doesn't happen a lot). I'm not sure if he's playing around or if he's really interested. Examples: brushing off the imaginary dust on my shoulder and going back to make sure he "got it all", or whenever I laugh or talk or anything he's always looking directly at me. Am I losing it here, is he just being a nice guy? How do I tell the difference between a nice guy and one who might be interested?

It's hard to tell the difference. Especially when it's a senior flirting with a sophomore.
I know I can't say this for every senior.
But it seems like the most of the time, they just want to take your virginity and once you get pregnant, they don't want to have anything to do with you.

Ok so it's my first year of high school and i totaly cant do this whole high school thing i'm already thinking about dropping out because i'm way to stressed i dont feel comfortable asking anyone for help but my sister and my sister wont help me cause i get way to mad when i do homework because i'm so stressed and i can deal with my english teacher because all he does is give you work and more work and barely explains anything what am i supposed to do i am seriously so close to dropping out right now and if i tell my parnts i cant deal with my english teacher and all he does is give work they just tell me right your just be lazy you need to get off your butt and do work i just cant do this anymore what am i supposed to do people my whole life have told me your just being lazy you really are really smart blah blah blah but the real problem that they dont see is that i am stupid i dont understand half the work and i cant do it and i'm not jsut saying that because i hate school or anything cause teh only reason why i hate schoool is because my english teacher and because i'm getting such bad grades (link)

I think you should talk to a counselor about this. They can probably set up something for you that will help you understand the work. A tutor, probably.

I'm sorry if I'm not much of a help. I've only recently got into textiles.
But... Since there's no elastic fiber, then there's not an easy fix for this... like washing it with certain products.
If it really bothers you, you could rip out the seams wherever needed and add more fabric or something.

What I did was...
I just started to hate the person.
I felt sad and so I changed that feeling into something else. And after several months, I felt nothing for him.
But... Just think of the reasons why it wasn't meant to be.

the makeup i currently go with- lip gloss, black eyeliner, a little cover up around my eyes and neutragonas mineral sheers (like powdery stuff). pretty much its just a natural look and its really quick and easy.
hair- i either keep it wavy or straighten it.

How long is your hair? It depends...
Try getting someone to french braid pigtails with side swept bangs.
Or just simply two french braids without any ties.
It looks neat.
Maybe try brown eyeliner on lower lid. Black eyeliner on top.
A little bit black eyeshadow on the eyelid. And gradient it to a different color up to your eyebrow.
A color close to your skin tone or even something like a pink or purple. Don't go with the glittery - sparkly eyeshadow. It looks a bit awkward.

Yes, I do hate these questions just as much as you do but I'm really desperate this time, I've googled it and everything:
