Lately I've been noticing big changes in my attitude and in the way I act. And I'm not the only one who's been noticing it my friends all tell me that they"re noticing it also . I use to be a happy person outgoing who loved meeting new people and making friends who rarely ever got mad or was ever in a bad mood but now I'm noticing myself having an attitude and getting pissed off over small things and not outgoing anymore I'm noticing myself giving attitude to everyone and making them feel bad with it. I'M NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL! I WOULD NEVER HURT ANYONES FEELINGS ! I don't know what to do I don't want to be this person I've grown to be does anyone know what I could do??

it may seem hard to do, but be very aware of what you say before you say it. if you do accidentally say something offensive, im sure it would make the person feel better if you took it back or apologized. i think im kinda going through this too, because ive been feeling like im constantly in a bad mood lately, but for me i think its just facing the fact that the summer is over. maybe try and get to the core of what could possibly be bothering you. for me, im making a scrapbook of my good memories because it makes me happy. i also talk about my summer a lot for the same reason. if you find the problem (if there even is one), then find something that makes you happy. hope it helps a little. ]

my brother went threw that and he got over it I have 3 things you can do!
1.relax
2. try not to get angry that quick.
3. talk to your mom and dad nothings better than
talking to some one that went threw it!
