I think you should talk to her.. definately don't go to the counselor! You will lose complete trust from her.. She will think she can't tell you anything. I was really sick, and one of my friends went and told our counselour. If you go belemic(sp?) It's even worse than being a little overweight. Just cut back a little on snacks. Go for the fruits! (I prefer an apple over a bag of chips!) And just because people call you fat doesn't really mean you are. People call me fat.. I'm short and really skinny.. and people say it just messing around. Don't go anorexic either - You hurt your body so badly and could end up dying ! It's just the wrong way to go.. Anyhow, I would sart working out at home. Do crunches, sit-ups and push ups. Stretch also. Anything helps! Get outside and play b-ball. Join the track team maybe? Lol. Just do whatever you can!*

This may seem like a weird question to ask, but sometimes i get vaginal discharge. It is like gooey white stuff in my underwear. I read in magazines that is normal when you are about ready to get your first period, but its been along time and i havent gotten my period yet! I wash around there every night and i wear pads to keep it from not killing my underwear but it still smells bad and keep coming! What should i do?

Yes, it's 100 percent normal. Girls get it a while before their start their first periods. Wear scented panty liners to help with the smell. I would get your pads and tampons together for when you do start*

There's this guy at school who I really like a lot. I met him about a month ago, and the only problem is that he's really quiet.
