I want to have sex and run the 400m all at the same time, any suggestions on how I should go about it?

Umm, don't do it? Kind of stupid. You should wait until marriage. You shouldn't be having sex, your learning about abstinence right now.. and if you mean 400 in track, that's not possible! Wait until track season is over.. Hope I helped*
