So I want to pierce my belly button but I have this scar that I've had since birth that runs from the top of my belly button vertically several inches. The guy at the piercing place said that it %99 most likely wouldn't work because my body would reject it, the scar would open up and reject the belly button.
So my questions are:
a) is that really likely to happen?
b) can you pierce the bottom of your belly buttom? If so I'll do that instead.

B: Yes, you can. it's not going to make the piercing look any different. people won't even notice where it's supposed to be....So yes, you should do that instead

wow. Ok,first, your not fat and you DON'T need to lose weight. Even if "gymnastics season" is coming.
You don't have to be skin and bones.
BUT if you say that you need some tips,then you should do sit ups and crunches. The sit ups will help the stomach and the crunches will help your butt.

Okay i'm going out with this guy. i have been for six months. i really like him. we had plans to go to a mutual friends birthday party on saturday. on thursday he decided he wanted to go see his friend instead. i happen to hate this friend of his to the point where his very name makes me furious. regardless of that fact, and the fact that i want him to come with me to the party i told him to go to that friends instead. i tried to make it seem like that's what i really wanted him to do, but he could tell i was angry. how mad do i really have a right to be. i want to yell at him, but at the same time i told him to go. i really don't know what to do. First off, you can't tell someone they can't hang out with their friends. it makes you look like not a good person. Second, you have to tell him what you think of his friend. He may not like what he hears but he's got to know the truth.

I want a purpose in life. I don't think I have one. I'm lonely all the time. My friends don't come and see me anymore. I go to school once a week and do a packet to earn credits.. while they have school. I guess Juniors have more work to do.. but just one day to hang out would be nice. I feel lonely and a last resort. All i do is spend my days with my boyfriend. It's nice BELIEVE ME. but i haven't seen my friends in like 6-7 months..

You have a boyfriend??? that's exactly why.I'm not saying you two aren't to be together but boyfriends most of the time get in the way of alot of friendships.

Call your friends and make a day to go the beach,movies,or have a "sleepover".
That must sound boring but it will help you with your problem.

I think it's kind of funny how things happen sometimes. my friend, Julia, has a guy friend whom shes known forever. His name is Gerard. He is seriously cute, says Julia, but she doesnt want to date him, cuz she doesnt like him that way. she was trying to set us up, by asking me to go to haunted houses with her and him and being over on a day he was. well it turns out he lives far away, on the other side of the country. i havent even met him, and by Julia talking about him whenever im a round her, he sounds perfect. i know nobodys perfect. its just that he seems perfect for me. he likes a lot of the things i like. he doesnt really care what people think about him. hes really funny. and likes to make people smile (really sweet). so i was smitten from the first day that Julia started talking about him. I wanted so badly to see him and hopefully fall in love with me. I bought all sorts of beauty products, and a cute costume for the halloween party, where i was going to see him for the first time. the only problem with this is... my friends. none of them have boyfriends, and theyre all totally crushing on his description. i ask them all if theyre going to dance with him at the party, and they all say "Eh, maybe a little" very nonchalantly, but i see it in their eyes that they want him much more than that. My real competition is a girl named Heather. She is so pretty and i don't know... she just seems to get all the guys that I want. she just knows i want him and takes him immediately. she is the first girl in our class to have a real boyfriend, and she just happened to break up with him the week before the party, which was the only time we will get to see Gerard. i asked her if she was going to flirt with him, and she blushed and said, "i dunno!!!" is there any possible way that i can win him over during the party??? Okay so ill give u sum background.. me and this guy we'll say his name is tyler dated for 5 months. I fell so in love with him at the beginning of the relationship then he was different later on in the relationship and all we ever did was fight and argue and he was insecure so he was really protective and would freak out if another guy talked or texted me. So then we finally broke up. We broke up almost a week ago. Well, we still talk and he wants to be with me but thinks he messed up too bad. most of the time when we talk he acts like im still his girlfriend or like im his property and goes around threating people. He irritates me soo much but I cant seem to get over him and when he mentions his chick friends it drives me crazy and makes me sort of jealous. I have a problem. I really like guys, but I'm too quiet and don't know how to flirt. Even my religion teacher noticed I'm more quiet than usual. My problem is I'm too self contious of embarrasing myself in front of the guy. Not knowing anything about flirting doesn't help. Like, how do I catch his eye? And how do I keep his focus? But,Don't panic.
We've all been through situations like these,
and were just as non-experienced and clueless as you are in the beginning.
What you first need is to start talking to him.
In the halls of school, or in the lunchroom just say "hey" or "what's up" just a small talk to get a conversation between you two started.
Later, Ask him if he sees anything in you.
you have to build courage to do it.
Don't be afraid...that's the worst thing you'd wanna be when it comes to "boys".
