Well you can practices by doing some squats so that when u bend down to hit the ball you wont pull anything.. and just practice with your friedns so that you get the hang of it .. Good luck at your games.. Sorry i cant be of anymore help..

well i shaved my 'lower area' for the first time the other day and i got this big rash there. i asked my friend what to do and she said to put unscented lotion on it and make sure i wash it. so i did both and nothing is helping. i still have a rash there and the skin is kind of dry. please help.. I use Bikini zone whihc you can buy in wal-mart or mostly any store and you just rub it on .. It helps clear up. You suppose to put it on 4 times a day.. Hope i helped.♥

Okay for your hair.. You should make it curly..The way I always did mine was after i get out of the shower.. I dont brush my hair I just shake it dry withthe towel then I put alot of moose in it and gel and hair spray ..Then I throw it up in a messy bun and spray again and let it dry .Then when it drys I put it down and scrunch it a littl more. and then put it back half way in a clip wit two little sides hanging down in my face. But remember dont brush it.. Its cute you should try it. and for your lips the best thing i can say is use shinny lip gloss with sparkles.. The way that i see it no matter who you date someone is gonna have a problem with it and always gonna have something to say. So dont listen to what everyone else is saying because if you did you would never truely be happy. If this guy makes you happy then no matter how many down falls you have stay with him. Everyone has rough times in relationships it only makes then stronger when you can stay together and work it through.. I started my period this morning (not for the first time, I've had it for 2 years) and I had REALLY bad cramps and I never usually get cramps.
They were so bad, I couldn't get out of bed.
I know cramps are normal but is it normal for your cramps to start after 2 years of not having them?
and also I vomited today. I've never vomited from my period before but my mom said she used to every month when her period came.
Is that normal!? Especially after two years of not having any trouble with my period.

yes it is normal every month your period is different like one month it might be heavy the next it wont be.. Sorry but the best way i got my cramps to go away is a nice hot bath so iprophen*how ever u spell it lol* and a heating blanket layed on the sofa and later they went away.. Hope i helped rate me..

Well its where the guy gets all worked up for an example.. He is laying on the sofa with his back laying down and you are laying on top of him with your legs on each side of him and just rub your *stuff* on his *stuff* in other words your humpping but slowly.. or you can lay down with your legs around his hips and he does the same.. I know that you dont want to hear this but i think that you should let him go. He is tryna play both of you girls and you guys are going right along and letting him do it. Enough is enough no girls should have to play a guys game. Once a cheater always a cheater i know that its gonna be hard but your gonna have to drop him dont go back to him because its only hurting you more. I have a natural outside base tan , you could say, and I am going to go to a tanning salon today. How often should I go to the tanning salon if I'll be tanning outside too? Please don't judge me on this, I'm not nearly as materialistic as I sound here.
Here's the short version:
Last Valentine's day, my guy gave me this really pretty antique ring. This past August, he basically proposed, but didn't have enough money for a real engagement ring or promise ring, etc. He's been working like crazy in general, earning like seven bucks an hour, so I know he has some amount of money.
Is there a way to hint to him that I want a "real" ring before we go to college? I want to be able to flash it in case any guys get any ideas...
He knows my ring size now, and I know his, so theoretically we could buy each other rings.
But how do I suggest this without seeming...I dunno...like "Buy me things!"
'Cause I mean maybe as stupid as it is, I do want a real promise ring. The ring he gave me is starting to tarnish, and it doesn't quite fit on my finger.

The funny thing is after i sat hwere and ready your question you should just like me.. My boyfriend gave me a promise ring though and i was thinking about going out and getting him one to because like you said its not that we dont trust them its just that we dont trust other girls and i feel the same way you do. If you guys ever go to like the ring store or the mall were they sell rings be like "oh i like this ring or this would be a pretty engagment ring" just drop little hints .. Yeah, so my guy and I have been together for almost 20 months, and he proposed awhile back.
The thing is, about a month ago we had a big fight over something INCREDIBLY stupid and almost broke up before realizing that it was completely fixable, and that we'd both be miserable without each other. So really, we never broke up...but I want to know if we're still engaged. It's getting close to a year since he proposed. Should I just randomly do something like "You remember what you asked me a year ago today?"
I mean, he still talks about our relationship as if it'll never end, so I think he still feels the same way. I know he still loves me (if anything, he seems to love me more, and I love him)

Usually I get my hair dyed and highlighted blonde professionally. But now I want to dye my hair a medium brown and I was wondering if the hair dye boxes at the store did a fairly good job at it? Is it even that possible to screw up on brown? If you have used anything in particular that you've tried and it works, could you please tell me the brand and price, etc? I've use hair dye kits PLENTY of times before, but i always used blonde (which looked horrible) and was just wondering if brown worked. Thanks. (link)

I always dye my hair just the other day i dyed it carmel.. It is rea;;y pretty. It only cost me 6.00. and its easy to do.Make sure you dont wash your hair before you dye it. you just mix the stuff together and squeeze the bottle in your hair and rub it in make sure you get all of your hair. In the directions it will tell you how long to leave it in for.Good luck.. Rate me

Is it normal for sunburns to itch? I was just wondering because I got burnt on my lower back, my upper arms, and my chest, and lately they've been itchin a whole lot. Last night I had to take benadryl (sp?) just to fall asleep, also I think I burnt my thighs too because they itch like mad.
Do you think the sunburn in the reason that I'm so friggin itchy? If not, what do you think is? And either way, how can I stop the itching???? Or is benadryl (sp?) the only way.

So I have the worst stomache in the history of man. Now, thinking back to elementary school, the Nurse always recommended a saltine cracker or two. QUESTION IS: WHY was that? Was is something SPECIFIC about the CRACKER? And is there any other food the average household stocks that can beat this intense pain? I used to get really bad pains in my stomach to its just a killer i hated it so bad.. I would take some tums and run a nice hot bath and soak in there then get a heating bad and some ginger al with no ice and drink some and lay on the sofa and always used to helpe with me sorry i cant be of anymore help.. ♥ rate me

My hair was a dark color and i dyed it carmel..Its too cute.. ♥..I just seen this new color to that i think that im going to dye my hair honey blonde its not too blonde its still like brown really cute.. And to make your hair curly i would use hot curlers or you can get you hair permed.. hope i helped. rate me♥

hey wow ok so heres my problem. it might be kinda long so sorry. at like the end of the school year i started going out with my neighbor and i liked him sooo much but he was always at baseball during the summer and i never knew if he was home or not cause like he wouldnt call and he got on the internet like .. not alot. lol so like yeah there was this grad party at my friends house and i went and i ended up making out with this guy there and we started talking alot and i ended up liking him so much more than my neighbor so i dumped him and went out with this other guy. but this guy is going to portugal for a month and then coming back for a week then going to some camp til the rest of the summer. he hasnt called in like 3 days but i talked to him like twice online but then like 3 days ago i talked to my neighbor and he told me he wanted me back and that he still liked me and that i was special and all that andthat he would dump a girl in a heartbeat for me and now i think i might like him alott . i'm so confused. should i take a break with my bf right now till he comes back ? i still like him a lot too but idk... i might end up doing something really bad while hes gone so should i just take a break with him and maybe try something with my neighbor again? i want a long term relationship and i cant figure out which guy is like more up for it like which guy could actually do it.

Dont worry if the question is to long.. I know just what you are going through. But the best way I found out who I wanted to be with is.Who do you think that you will see more?Who do you feel liek your self around? who can you tell anything to no matter what. It seems to me that you did like youe neighbor but you didnt give him a fair enough chance to show that he liked you to. Beacuse when he left you went and found your self a new guy. So i think that while your "new bf" is gone just hang out with your ex and see how much fun you have with him and by the time your "bf" comes home you will find out who you liked being around more, But i think that, thats fair enough because you didnt give your ex a chance at all ..
