Alright, in early December I'm having my 15th birthday party. I don't really want a theme for it, but what are some good ideas for it. Its going to be in my basement, and i have satellite tv, a pool table, a bar, and a dance floor, and there is probably going to be around...23 people there, both girls and guys. What I'm asking I guess is what are some good ideas for decorations, invitations (The design and sayings.. I don't want it to be corny by saying like "Your invited to ____'s B-day party!!) and just all around everything. I have a budget of $100 so it can't really be that expensive.

Alright!!! The basement is perfect. Go wild, make it something everyone will remember. Im thinking streamers, a DJ, loads if junk food, and a giant cake. Invitations, print some up on the computer. Say something like "you're invited to the premiere of -your name-'s brand new, totally fantastic, indescribable...well you get, It's my birthday! -party info-.
*You have time to earn money for this, but if you don't have enough have some friends or-interms of the cake-family, help you out.

I have a problem of staying on top of things at school. I study, but I freak out on tests. I make a schedule but I rarely ever follow it, and when I come in for extra help it's never worthwhile because I just end up doing worse.
My point is, I need GREAT, EXPERIENCED, and PROVEN advice on how to ace tests and assignments (OK maybe not "ace" it, but rather do dramatically better). Also, give me some great techniques, like for example I heard chewing gum helps you stay awake and attentive on tests, and helps you do better with thinking of answers more effectively.
Also, advice on my "procrastination" problem would be nice as well.

Well, what do you like to do? I turned my study session into a computer game(as unbelievable as that sounds)it turned into something fun. So... tests. No gum chewing doesn't help and teachers probably won't allow it anyway. But peppermints help stimulate the brain(at my school they pass them out during major tests). Study right before bed, make the last thing you do and you'll kinda sorta "study" in your sleep. Study every night not just before tests...Now go and ace that test!!!!

You do what you think is right. Don't do it because pressure. If the boy is right for you he'll understand. (i can't make decisions for you but there is no surefire way to keep yourself from getting pregnant if you do do it...so think about before you decide)

So me and this guy are planning on going to a haunted house next weeked, the thing is I get scared really really easily and i don't want to look stupid. Hey, its a haunted house you're supposed to get scared. Just tell him you're a little jumpy. It works for me. As for the clothes...wear some warm jeans and a cute hoodie. If you get scared remember it's not real, he's probably going to scream once or twice too. Besides your outfit should kill. Happy Hunting!(boy hunting that is :D)!!!

you can't go otu with him if you wanna be with someone else. just cause you're not his gf you can still be his friend. if he knew you were only with him cause of pity...it would hurt alot more.

i recently got two dwarf hamsters, and the female, i think it is a female, which i had for two days, is now hiding in a part of a maze i got for them, she hasn't been exersing much, and i feel she maybe sick. i have already seperated the male from the cage when i first thought that she might be sick or pregnant. she is very hard to coach out of that part of the maze, and when she isn't in there she is laying in her spot in the cage or briefly nawing on some food then back to her spot, this started about4 hours ago. if the symptoms sound like anything that you might reconize (link)

trust me with this im a dog breeder. he's lonely if it's ok have his crate next to your bed. make his crate his safe haven and don't use as a punishment. give him time. as for your neighbors...tell them your sorry and your taking care of it.

okay, so i`m 13 right now, and i`m turning 14 sometime in the next 3 weeks. i`m having a party with some of my friends, and well .. i have no idea what to do for the party.

whenever i shave my legs, i get these dots on my legs. no, not razor burn or anything they're not red, they're like kinda black dots. what can i do to make these go away? (i use a gillette daisy disposable razor and i just got it, so its not old or anything. and i use skintimate raspberry rain shaving gel, if that helps) thankss (link)

I have 2 guinea pigs and i changed their bedding about once a week. I put baking soda or whatever that stuff is called at the bottom of the bed so it wont smell AS bad but does anybody have any remedies that can help me out so the room doesnt smell so bad? (link)

pet odor...yech! You know how people put deodorant on to not smell? Maybe add some kitty litter that has a deodorant. But before you try anything talk to your vet.

Awww.that's sad and i hate to burst your bubble but i think he's using you because some guys think they need a girl to have a good rep. Tell him you don't wanna wait that's way too long. Besides you'll probably be long gone by then. Tell him it's now or never. If he likes you he'll ask you out.

Well ask him out but let him know no matter what happens you still wanna be his friend. If things get awkward let it go for a while then if doesn;'t go away you can break up with him and remain friends as long as you let him know that he will always no matter what be your friend.

There is this guy at my school named A.J. We have grown really close since the beginning of the school year in early September and i think he "likes" me. Example: Guys keep grabbing my butt all of the time and he says he doesn't blame them because I have a "nice ass." Just there is other things he does that lets me know that he likes me. Just, I don't feel the same way about him, and I don't want to hurt him if he ever expresses his feelings to me. This always seems to keep happening to me, I start to get a really close guy friend and then they start to "like" me, and I think I hurt them by saying I don't feel the same way. I mean, I'm not extra flirty or anything, I only flirt with the guys I like. Help me!

oh...that can be difficult because you don't wanna ruin your friendship. However if he really is your friend he'll understand. You just have let him know that you dont't like him "that way". If the subject never comes up leave it alone. If it does something like ask you to a dance don't lie and tell him your going with someone else if you aren't. Say something like sure I'd rather go with a friend anyway, don't put too much emphasis on the word friend though. Let him know your not interested in a subtle but firm way.
