Q: I always feel so ugly. Whenever I see the pretty girls at my school I just feel all bad and wish I would be as pretty as them. I'm always so self concious about the way I look now. I don't know why i'm like this. I used to be so confident and didn't care how I look. Will I ALWAYS be like this?

OH gosshh don't feel that way please. Those other girls are just fake people who take way too much time to look the way they do. Could you imagine how tehy look like when theyre not all dolled up like that? I wish i was pretty as them? how can you say that? Every women ahs got to unlock that inner beauty in them, its not really about he way you look its about he way you feel. there are alot of people out there who may not be the most skinniest girl or the best looking girl but they are still happier than most of those anorexic people. Beauty won't buy you hapiness thats for sure, but if feeling better is what you want than there are mnay things you can do to do that! Such as maybe surouning yourself bvuy the people that care about you the most, they will awlays amke uyou feel better. Write down 10 good thign s about yourself, make a collage of all happy things and things that make you happy then ahng it in your room the colage will bring good mantra=] and of course ytou wont ALWAYs be like this maybe this is just a phase were here to get you through it!!!

Q: I sweat ALOT. why?? and how can i stop this?? i guess i dont drink much water, like a cup or two a day, unless im really thirsty for some reason, or im playing a sport. i also wear deoderant.. ugh.... its so annoying because even playing in gym for like 20-30 minutes gets me sweaty, and i become sweaty easily. and then i go on through school feeling pretty icky. i guess i get a little too competitive too, but like just today all i did was like double dutch and i was still pretty sweaty. im also like somewhat above 150 pounds, 5'3, and 13 years old. thankyou!

Omigosh im soo sorry!!! I WAS THE SAME WAY! AND YOUR RIGHT It sucks big ytime but tehre are things that you can do. Ask your doctor for this stuff called hypercare its this liquid you put under your armpits and it makes the sweat COMPLETELY disapear and you stay dry all the time! its like magic! you can eevn look it up right now . i used to sweat BAaaaad but not anymore! also when that runs out becuase i dont thtink you can stay on it forever i saw this commercial for secret clinical care deoderant that you can use whcih i am deffinitely going tot ry becuase its clinical like extra strength so i hear thats pretty strong too! good luck!! rememebr HYPERCARE ROCKS!!

Okay well making out is really easy, nothing to flip out about there are just a few things to remember and here's a little story to give you some hope.

My first time making-out the boy told me i was very good and this was during truth or dare. the same night he made out with my friend who had made-out with 5-6 guys before and he told her he SUCKED, so it does't matter if your his, fourth, fifth or first it depends on how you do it.

TIPS
* MAKE SURE TO NOT BE TOO SLOBBERY BUT NOT TOO DRY EITHER. Just wet your slips SLIGHTLY and your good.
*good breath
*dont stick your tounge down his throat
*be gentle and slow

Q: OK this is the hardest thing i have ever been through.. :( and i have never felt this way about someone before..we have been through so much and shared so many good memories..well the story goes like this...
A girl comes out of nowhere and starts flirting with my bf of 9 months on myspace. They wind up hanging out at a football game with friends and he tells me he has some feelings for her. This was heartbreaking. However..i wanted to work it out with him so when he suggested 'open relationship' as in he dates her(not go out) and maybe kisses/hugs her and i agreed to this and to still be with him. I decided it wasnt fair to me..because we had 9 months..i dont desserve this and it hurts..so i break up with him..He says he loves me and sees a future with me as in marriage..that it wont get serious with the new girl but how am i supposed to know? (i mean he might go out with her he says..what do i do then?)They are hanging out more..they call each other..shes driving me nuts with her shoutouts to him and comments..and hes putting her shoutout in his info..its just too much and it breaks my heart. I dont know what to do..isolate myself from him..like not talk to him or hang out or anything so he makes a choice? (like if hes away from me maybe he will miss me..or maybe he will decide he wants her) Or do i be his friend? do i kiss him still and cuddle? i really want to..but this is very hard for me. Hes a sweetheart though. he told me everything..he was honest about her..and we made an agreement that he tells me everything and he has. they were talking together by the lake..they might go to the movies tomorro..i flip flop back and forth though..be his friend and hang out/talk/cuddle/kiss him...but sometimes i feel so sad and hurt i feel like i should back away completely. what do i do? is this worth the wait?

This is complete BS. If you have to watch him go out with another girl, well kiss and stuff with anotehr girl that obviously means that he is not happy in this relationship.

I know you don't want to be hearing this but if you like him this much then msot of the time girls don't listen to waht they don't want to hear. If you like a guy this much you will just not let this good advice get to you and go on with this guy. DONT LET THAT HAPPEN TO YOU. You shouldn't ahve to go through this, this is not a good solid relationship, if he loves you so much and is sure that he will end up with you then why does he have to ahng out with this other girl? Like, what is this a booty call? it's like your letting him knowingly cheat on you! That is SO NOT COOL. UMm obviosuly if he wants to go out with her you can't do anything. DONT GO OUT WITH HIM THEN. hes such a player iof he does that. I dont care if you really like him, hes such a sweetheart yada yada yada BS! guys are jerks and let you fall for them and then they drop you! they are worthless! Yuck! Especially this one! Hmm well do you guys have any inside jokes together? ex. i always joke around with my best friend that shes so stupid sometimes and our third best friend lou got her a short bus! if so, then you could get her something that represents that and can make her laugh and be a memory she will never forget. you could also get her some jewlery with her initials or some really pretty necklace. bath products (ex. like thsoe fizzy balls you throw in or petals that evaporate) are kinda lame but if you get some fancy really ncie smelling ones in a nice package then that would deff be a good gift (if she likes bath of course) maybe instead of one gift you could like get a basket and fill it with all sorts of goodies like ahir ties, hair and make-up accessories, nail polishes, BATH "bubbles", clips, spa items, like masks etc. thats all i can think of for now, hope i helped. Well you may not be able to have ur name in the URL but this is one of the simplest and funnest ways to make a webpage, i know! i made one! The link is www.freewebs.com. It's GREAT and you can uplaod pics and sounds and videos, you can have your own slideshows, games, chat board, anything! polls, quizzes, music anything! its awesome

Q: This is NOT a joke. I seriously think my house is haunted. Tonight I saw something (a black figure out of the corner of my eye) walk past my room. The reason why I dont think it was "just my eyes playing a trick on me" is because I felt a prescence, like there was someone there. When I looked down the hall, there was no one there. I asked my Dad who was watching TV in another room if it was him and he said, "No." And my Mom was sleeping in her room and no one else was home. Please help! This has happened 3 or 4 times and I cant sleep at night! What should I do?? Has this happened to anyone else? How did you feel less scared? :(

as childish as it sounds it really does help, i was freaked out and had to sue one a very very long time like most of my life actaully (f/14) a year ago i stopped using it becuase i matured

and keep thinking in your head otehr thoughts, try to get it out of your mind, think about someplace that makes you very happy, or someone or soemthing and concentrate on that, think of a song or listen to a musical device like an ipod or cd player quietly, jsut shut your eyes and after a few nights it will jsut get eaiser and easier

also avoid scary movies, stories, books, magazines ANYTHING that could possibly scare you

Q: Tomorrow I'm dying my hair for the first time. I am soooo nervous because everybody knows me as the girl who has the pretty, long, hair. I felt I had to do a major change in my life so this is what I chose. I'm cutting my hair way shorter and then going to like a local drug store, and buying dye and then I'm coming home and dying it! I want to know if this is a good decision or not. Like half my friends are like go for it! and then the other half are like... please don't do it! I personally felt I needed to do this for myself. I want to go for a natural look and stick to the similar color but I want people to be able to notice I dyed it and it's a BIG change. Is this right, or should I not do it? By the way I'm 14/f.

Well this is certainly a BIG change for someone your age. People usually should (if they must) dye their hair in their early twenties. dying your hair makes it extremly dry and it will fall out like crazy the first time you wash it, then when you get older you will get hair loss first. My sister died her hair at 17 and her hair was extremly thick and now.. lets just say it ain't the same. If i were you i wouldn't do it JUST YET.

ESPECIALLY since your going to have to keep redying it to keep it the same color && this is a big expensive hassle i don;t think you want to deal with.

hey so did i! and he was a year younger than me too, well @ first i think you should ahng out w/ him and make sure he likes you back. somehow, if after a while he doesnt catch teh drift after all your fliritng (becuase you would flirt right?) then you might as well just tell him becuase you will never know how it would work out between you to if u dont tell him and give it a chance, if he doesnt liek you, big deal, don't stop tlaking to him, still say hi and smile, dont amke it a big deal. if your parents dont like it, THEN DONT TELL THEM after a while you awlays can

Q: I had a dream i made out with my best friends boyfriend. I feel so bad that i would have a dream like that. I dont even have feelings for him!! Now i feel like i have betrayed my best friend what should i do to make me feel better?

I have bad dreams ALL THE TIME!! Well, all sorts of dreams, really WEIRD dreams, all my life. I have a dream book that tells you what your dreams mean and you can belive what you want to belive your dreams mean but i think tehy are trying to show you soemthing and in your dream it doesn't nessecarily mean that you like your best friends boyfriend it could mean soemthing tottaly different. My advice to you is to find a website on yahoo that explains dreams to you so you can find the meaning. If you don't think they are right then this is for sure - A DREAM IS JUST!!!! A DREAM. Don't worry about it. IT didnt actually happen, and if you feel really really really bad baout it tell someone close to you, like a family member or counselor to let it out.

Q: My mom never lets me leave the house. I can't convince her to, and since I have to stay around the house all day, what can I do besides watch TV and movies all day?

I bought some new clothes for school.I showed my friend while she was at my house.She said my clothes were ugly.She then proceeded to go to my closet.Needless to say,she got my into giving her some pants,a nice leather jacket,a hat,and some make-up.I don't know how she does it!She just begs me for it.So,when I ask to borrow her lipgloss,she says no.I give her all this stuff(unwillingly),and she won't even let me borrow her lipgloss.and,she insults me too.She says I have no style.I want to start out fresh next year.So:Should I dump her because of this,or still be her friend?

omg YES! you don;t need friends that beg you for stuff and take stuff fromy uo , then inSULT you, the insults themselves should be enough to drop her. tehre are plenty of opther friends you could have and you seirosuly dont want to be wasting your valuable time on her. and you can tell her if you have "such a bad style" then why does seh borrow your clothes and stuff all the time? tell her if this doesn't stop soon, shell be long gone very soon

ummm try looking on yahoo, or a search engine but usually tehre is no cure for this unless if you get like surgery but you can try to accept your body how it is, don't complain, be happy with what you have, nobody and no BODY is perfect. everybody is beautilful
