Ok, this may seem like a pretty stupid question, but I have a simple little question about having a well-balanced, healthy diet and exercise...I want to lose weight, but I know that simply eating too little or not eating the foods you need is very bad for you and simply will lower your metabolism...I'm getting 30 minutes of cardio exercise in a day, but does anyone have a well balanced diet plan that would be good to follow? Something that will keep you functioning and won't lower your metabolism, but will still keep you losing weight (nothing low-carb please...that's so bad for you because you need carbs for energy)...and also, about how many calories a day do you need to function? 1600 is the lowest, or at least I've heard? listen you are an adult now your parents have no control over you yes it will hurt the first few times but you will get used to it and then it wont hurt if you use the condom it is 97%affective and usually always works but only have sex unless you are compleatly sure if its what you want to do i hope i helped please rate

I usually dont show my legs or clevage because i have very dark hair and even when i shave black dots remain.my clevage has very very dark hair even though it is not alot, it is visible because it is so dark.i dont know what to do.i want to dress very sexy but i feel very limited because of the dark hair on my back, stomach and clevage area. ive waxed them but they just grow back and waxing hurts alot. please help. yes waxing grows back but so does everthing else the hair you have on those places always grow back i recomend a hair removing treatment like nair or somthing and there is also somthing that last much longer you can get lazer treatments from a hair removal company it doesnt do anything damaging or it doesnt cause harm to your skin i hope i helped please rate me

hey anerexic is compleatly different shes just in depression anerexic means she eats anything she wants and then after ward forces herself to throw it back up and if she was anerexic she wouldnt be able to do all that athletic stuff she can do now because she would be weaker its all just a deppression stage what you need to do is have a girls night out with shopping hott guys and all that good stuff but make sure you dont do anythingh that would in any way rtemind her of her ex i hope i helped and i hope she gets back to her normal self please rate me
