I am really depressed. I just feel like every one thing that is good in my life, there are three bad things. In other words, the pros outweigh the cons. I really need help, but don't want to ask my mom to go to a shrink. So, I'm waiting for someone to notice. I don't want to cut myself, but it's the only way for people to notice. So, I just take a pin and scratch myself so that it will make slight cut marks on my wrists. I know it's stupid, but I just need help beyond my stupid friends' advice.
I hate these bribe things, but I do rate high, if that will help you to answer me.
please PLEASE stop cutting yourself! all it does is hurt you and make you lose a lot of blood. talk to a school counselor or a counselor at your church. and even though you dont wanna tell your mom, you should. she'll help you. but watever you do, DO NOT cut yourself.
my hair is straight already, but sometimes it flips on the ends. do you think it would be dumb if i got a straightener even though my hair is already straight?
ya- my hair does the same exact thing. by a straightener only if you have time to do it each day. if you dont, im sure your hair looks cute with the filp - i kno mine does!
Ok... well here's the problem.... i have no clue wat to do with my hair... I've tried sooo many products... let me tell you my routine so maybe you can help me... i take a shower in the morning... i use both shampoo and conditioner.. i always brush my hair while the conditioner is in... after i do that i put on frizz ease... then i either wrap my head in a towel till it's dry or i have to leave.. in either case i put it in a ponytail... because it always ends up being frizzy... the frizz-ease doesn't work at all.. it always just makes my hair greasy... ((and frizzy))... anywhoo'z i've tried puttin gel in... i've tried so0o many different products... biosilk, tresseme, garnier... etc.. but none of them work... i've also tried the dryer sheets thing too.. that didn't work either... i've tried to alter my routine... maybe by not brushing it.. or not blowdryin it.. i've tried it without conditioner.. i've tried everything.. what else can i do?? sry it's so0o long by the way..

when you shower, just shamppo and comdition your hai. rinse it out and then dry your hair by wrapping it in a towel or air-drying (airdrying is better but it takes more time)then dont use any extra products except for something like garnier fructise smoothing milk. only use it when your hair is dry. you can get fructise smoothing milk at most grocery stores and stores like walmart. its around 3-4 dollars.

im exactly like that. ok- so do your homework right when you come home after school and dont take any breaks to come online- that will keep you busy for a while. then either watch tv or find a good book to read- that will really keep u busy. and try to go out to the park or hang out with friends more- then you wont have to worry about and addiction to aim or your web page.
OK-- I have a few midterms coming up. I already did one (English) and that's out of the way. I'll specifically focus on SS- since that's the next one to come up. Well, Im really nervous on how my grade will turn out on my Midterm. What are good study tips that will help me be prepared? What are ways to make myself crack down and actually study?? How can I make myself go in feeling confident?? There is a website that the teacher made with several 'midterm' quizzes, and I use that sometimes but it doesn't always help.
P.S. I really don't care for the teacher!!

i kno just what you mean-my midterms are coming up and im begginning to prepare. here are some Study tips: study at least for an hour. Take notes on what youv'e read and then go over what you learned. Get a good night sleep and a good breakfast before you leave for school. and remember to stay calm and not worry or fret over the test. (forget about the website-if it doesn't hepl, it doesn't help.) my teacher taught me a way to take good notes and remember what you read. What you do is read a paragraph and then write down a question that will summarize the paragraph. Then answer the question in your mind. It REALLY REALLY WORKS!
i need a way to lose wweight fast, in like the next few months but because i am only fifteen i am not allowed to get certain things from sites such as www.ediets.com. I am fifteen and weigh 194 i am about 5 ft 8 in and would like to get sown to atleast 160 and 150 would be AMAZING!!!!!!!! can anyone suggest something that would work?
do 30 squats, aroung 50 curlups, and 15 push-ups, every school day- so around 5 days. Believe me, this will help you alot. i learned this from my PE teacher- when you watch tv, instead of sitting down pace, or walk, back and forth. it helps you lose some calories. and insted of eating junk food, eat stufflike fruits for snacks and other foods with less calories and fat.
I have a boyfriend who is abusive. He doesn't hit me.. but he makes me fear him. He's always telling me that my best friends don't like me and that i'm not as special or great as i think i am. When i ask him why he would say that because it really hurts he says that it's the harsh truth and i need to realize it and stop being such a poser. I'm also bisexual and he tells me that i say that to fit in.. that that isn't really who i am. he thinks he knows me so well but he really doesn't. Normally i wouldn't put up with this kind of stuff, i'd break up with him, but the problem is is that i really really love him. For a year we went out on and off 7 times.. this is the 8th. He's the one who always persued me and the one guy i always knew loved me. he's never treated me like this before and it scares me and i don't know what to do because i miss him.. the guy he was.. the guy who would run away with me.. the guy who loved me.. i don't know what to do and i don't think i'm strong enough to leave him.. please help

I have this party coming up in about 3 weeks time but I have absolutely no idea what to wear. It's kind of smart/casual, not too dressed up but I don't have anything. All my jeans are too casual and torn to wear to a party and I don't have any other trousers. I don't have enough money to buy anything new. I have a black sparkly top that I could wear with my black school trousers but I don't know what shoes I would wear with it and whether it would look okay. I can't borrow any clothes off my friends because I'm really small for my age and none of their clothes fit me. What should I do?

if its long and you reely want it gone- you should shave it. DO NOT wax- it hurts like hell! another way- which is easier and is like shaving is to buy one of the hair creams that gets rid of the unwanted body hair without you having to shave or wax it.
ok well im forigen, and we have a traditional folk group where we practice dancing. ok well there is this guy that i like alot that dances with me, and ive liked him for a really long time...ive also known him forever and we are really good friends...recently, his mom made me his dance partner, and for one part of the dance, we have to dance by ourselves. im really excited. ive also noticed that whenever we dance and just randomly practice, he always dances next to me, and he always looks at me...i want to tell him that i like him, but i really dont want him to get all weird, cause weve been friends for a long time...what should i do, and how should i talk to him about it??

from wat i hear from friends, nutri grain bars fill you up. ive never reely tried them before though. You could also try crackers that have low sodium. Those taste good and are pretty healthy.
I usually do cardio workouts (bike, eliptical or treadmill type cardio) 3, 4, or 5 days a week, depending on how much time I have. Weights (I go to Gold's Gym---so by weights I mean those machines they have that you can do arm press type things and things for your legs and butt) I do about twice a week. And then everyday I try to do situps, lunges, squats, stuff like that. I'm wondering...do I really need to do the weights twice a week? Is doing cardio 3 or more times a week with the situps, lunges, etc 7 days a week good enough? Feedback please! I mean...what really IS a good workout plan?
ya-u dont reely need to do weights that much since you do all thatother stuff. Trust me -by doing all that, you're gonna be totally healthy and in fit condition. im doin a workout like that too-but less intense-you do watever fits you best and work at it.

get a video on walking-my moms got one-its like walking and cardio and aerobic exercise all in one video. its like while you walk, you're doing all this other stuff at the same time. One video like this is called Walk Away the Pounds. it reely works.
