simple hairstyles you can do:

- have you hair up in a messy bun
- straightened hair
- half your hair tied up with the rest down and straightened
- plait your hair when its damp the night before and take them out and lossely separate the hair with your fingers is a nice wavy style
- curl your hair with straighteners or curling tongs
- scrunch your hair with mousse

Also add cute little clips or something to make it look even better =]..x

Q: This may be irrelevant, but I am 15/F. Anyway, a guy I work with is going to pierce my cartilage for me with a 16 gauge needle (I really don't know what that means), so I guess it is fine because he has done a LOT of piercings before, even some of his own... I am just worried because he does drugs (which I can live with because a lot of people do) but the biggest reason for my skepticism is that he is 16. Age is just a number but is this a cause for worry? Or should I just relax? Salt water is an exfoliant however, despite what people say about strong exfoliators being good they can damage the skin.

A gentle exfoliant is best you can buy these from any chemist etc.

Also for blackheads pore strips can be bought to clean these out. Or if you have a facial sauna if not a bowl of very hot water can be used; place the bowl on a table and position yourself so your face is above the bowl so the steam can cleanse your pores and the blackheads should then be easier to then squeeze out.Don't use just your nails but put a piece of tissue/toilet paper over each finger and press either side of the blackhead gently and they should come out. Then wash your face to rid of any excess bacteria released from your pores.

Sudocrem and dabbing toothpaste on spots is a good remedy to get rid of spots

Q: im getting soooo sick of the top friends thing. people are always begging to be on my top friends, or asking to be moved higher, or whining cuz they arent high enough. its so stupid. has anyone found a solution to this? besides taking off the top friends altogether? Q: i always try to see the good in people. i know that when someone acts mean or rude, its probably because something bad happened to them. like they have problems at home or they're insecure or something. but there's this one girl that i really wonder about. she has been a mean, selfish person all her life and i cant see a reason for it. she's gorgeous, rich, popular, her parents are really nice to her, boys fall at her feet, girls worship her and do whatever she says... so what reason does she have to be so mean and hateful? is it possible that some people are just born that way?

Yeah you do sound like you are depressed. Its okay to feel upset about somebody you have lost.

The worst thing to do though is worry about it for too long.

By not eating i know this sounds a bit drastic but you could go into depression and continue not eating and develop anorexia or bullemia or something of that sort.

You don't want to trigger other more serious and possibly life-threatening issues because one person has let you go.

It is upsetting when somebody breaks up with you but what can you do i guess. It is their loss and to get them back you should prove to them you can continue with your life and live it well.

When you haven't tried something before you might get urges to do that thing.

Also because you're fourteen you are still exploring your sexuality.

If you do end up liking both guys and girls then fair enough there is nothing wrong with that.

You can like whoever you want to and labelling a person bi or lesbian or straight should'nt worry you, just go with your instincts and don't care overly much about what other might think.

You shouldn't feel like you have to orgasm when having sex just because you're boyfriend does.

To help orgasm when you're having sex, when you start to feel that theres something there that feels good slow down and it will make this feeling even better.

If your quite flexible have him on top of you and push one of your legs back as far as u can so he can penetrate you deeper.

Also there is nothing wrong with you it just can take time to orgasm. You're not unusual in any way.

Q: soo its like this. i got my industrial pierced almost 3 weeks ago. the dude said not to change it for 8-12 weeks but i am soo tempted. ive been keeping it clean as instructed and have had no problems at all and all the crusting is gone. would it be ok to go ahead and change it to a brand new barbell as long as i keep cleaning it well? ive had no problems with any of my piercings getting infected and im extremely impatient and excited =]. i know its not recommended but do you think itd be ok?

Hey, If it was said you should keep it in for 8-12 weeks then it probably is for a reason. However, you could go back to the place where it was pierced and ask them to change it and i'm sure that would be fine as long as you continue to clean it.

They say not to change it for 8-12 weeks because it means if you take it out earlier than those 8 to 12 weeks and have no bar in it, it will heal up.

As long as you clean it then everything should be fine =]..x

Okay so you are slightly shy on the girls side but that's okay.

You have no need to be scared of us girls, Do you have any sisters or cousins that are girls?
If you do it's just the same as speaking to them.

Just be comfortable and the conversation should come to you, if you are lost for something to say bring up a new film or something it mind sound cheesy but oh well or something random the girl can laugh at.

If you try to hold a conversation and completely blank out then don't let it be awkward and talk about your weekend for example.

No you don't have to wear them 24/7, if you take them off now and again it's okay as long as it's not long periods of time (an hour)

But generally it is a good idea if you want better results to wear them most of the time..x
