hey you guys. im wayyyy over stressed and i really cant seem to find anyway to take my mind off things and just relax? does anyone have any tips? also, i cant seem to sleep anymore are there any tricks you guys use to get to sleep? please dont say go by some sleep aid or whatever cause my mom wont buy them for me. thanks

im 16.. im in love with a guy that is 15. we went out for 4 months. but ive known him for almost 3 years now. i lost my virginity to him. one day we did it and everything was normal. the next day he calls me and says, "lets take a break, then when i think we are ready to make this a serious thing ill ask you back out." i was just like um okay? well then a couple days later i hear hes going out with some chick from his school. so hes "taking a break with me" to go out with some other chick. that really hurt me. because im in love with him. well i saw him and he didnt say anything to me. he kept like 10 feet away from me. and i was pissed off about the whole situation. then the next day i call him to talk about everything going on and he called me a b**** and i was like why are you calling me that? and he was like i heard what you said to people last night about me. i was like what did you hear? hes like you just trash-talked about me the whole night to my friends and family. and he hung up on me. so i call him back and left him a message, because he didnt answer, and i was crying and i said "the only thing i said to anyone was that i was in love with you". and that is the first time i told him how i felt about him. ive never told him i was in love with him before. and i havent heard from him since. what should i do about this whole situation and the next time i see him? and i see him quite often because my mom works for his dad. i dont know what to do PLEASE help. this may turn into suicide. he was the only thing i had. 1. YOU CAN TALK TO HIM AND TELL HIM THAT YOU WONT GET MAD ABOUT WHATEVER HE SAYS. IF YOU JUST SIT HIM DOWN IT MIGHT WORK.
2. YOU CAN GET OVER HIM AND FIND A NEW GUY. NOW I'M SURE THAT YOU'VE TRIED TO DO THAT BUT KEEP YOURSELF BUSY. EXERCISE, READ A BOOK, HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS, WATCH TV, ANYTHING....HAVE SOMETHING (ANYTHING) TO HANG ON TO WHILE UR TRYING TO LET HIM GO. OR JUST COMPLETELY try TO AVOID SEEING HIM, LIKE IF YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO SEE HIM JUST GO TO THE LIBRARY OR A MOVIE OR SOMETHING.

i'm 14/f i got my period when i was 10. i kno thats young. these past few days i've been getting LOTS of white stuff come out of my *area* and i haven't had my period for i think 1 and a half months? my boobs are getting smaller too i think. i'm not sure. i'm a virgin. i don't know whats happening anybody know? i think that your ok..that happens to me when i get a lot of discharge at once. i think its just natural..you have nothing to worry about..and as for your not having ur period..i've skipped a lot of months...its fine

i saw this cute hair style once and (u might of already done this though.lol!) but you part your hair to the side and the side that has less hair on it, you take the section right above ur ear, twist it, and pull it back. then you keep it tight with a barate or something..not just a clip cause thats kinda boring but something with sequins..hope i helped

I think that you should (if you know that he's interested in you) just go up to him and say hi.there's nothing wrong with that if you know that he likes you. he'll probabaly be GLAD that you made the 1st move. some guys are shy like that. i know it might be embaressing at first but as soon as you start talking to him reguarly it will be no problem.

i think that u should go for the brownish red color..i have a friend who had red hair and she got enough highlights so it looks brownish red..it looks hella pretty..

I always have to be perfect in every single way. That's just the way I am. Well, now that i'm getting older i feel very uncomfortable wiht my body. I weigh 97 pounds and i am 5'3". I'm worried my thighs are to jiggely and my butt as well. I'm also very uncomfortable wiht my bra size, i'm the 32 AA,=, and i hardly fit in that. yea same with me except my friend is going to another high school. but you can talk to your mom or you can just look to the future and hope that everything turns out ok. this is a tough one. if you can't do anything about it then enjoy the time you have with them and make new friends.

I'm falling for a really good friend of mine, Chris. He likes me also and we talk about dating.. we've kissed and gone on a few dates already. Ok I have green eyes that have a little bit of yellow splash to it if that makes any sense lol!! Well all my friends say it looks really pretty and exotic (it is a weird combonation) but they usually can't see them unless they look closely. I have a lot of eyeshadow but can't find any that will make them accented where evryone will be able to see them but not to dramatic wehre its like eww... (link)

Hey I have dark brown hair and I was wondering if I should put blonde highlights in them? I have done it before for like 2 years and then I stopped for some reason. I was wondering if blonde highlights are still in or should I leave my hair dark brown. Oh and I'm kinda sick of blonde so what other colors can I put in my hair. i have dark brown hair too but my advice is to just stick with like highlights that look natural like goldish or like carmel. thats what mine look like. hope i helped

I have a friend that sleeps with a lot of people, I tell her it's bad but she still does it. Well one day during lunch she took a pregnancy test (she never uses protection, and she's been pregnant before but had a miscarriage) and well it came out positive. She got home and somehow her mom found out, and was like "How many times are you going to do this, you act like a ho, stop sleeping with people" and stuff like that. And then she told me she took another test and it came out negative saying that she wasn't pregnant. So that's what she belives, she thinks she isn't pregnant. Is she pregnant? I heard that the only time pregnancy tests can possible lie is if it comes out negative, and that if it comes out positive then she's defninitley pregnant. Which is true? Is she pregnant? (link)

i think that she should take it again and like u know like 6 times because you never know and if it comes out negative like 5-6 times then she isn't pregnant. same thing with positve....good luck! RATE ME PLEASE
