Because obvioussly you wont have a big " bra size" because your young unless your like older or whatever. 97 Pounds and 5'3'' is.A lot of people are self consious with there body when they are already good looking. It doesnt matter if your not perfect. Hopefully your not just trying to impress people. You need to understand that no one is perfect. Do some crunches and lift weights and stuff. You should stay at ur weight. Member it doesnt matter what you look like on the outside it matters on the inside.

I had this same problem the beginning of my Freshman year. I was 104 lbs & 5'4", and had no boobs, butt, or curves whatsoever. I started eating more meat & wheats, and I'm up at 116 now and I'm beginning to get curves. [ nachoxqween's advice column | Ask nachoxqween A Question ]

FunnyCide answered Saturday February 12 2005, 4:49 pm: 97 pounds at 5'3''? Whatever, I'm 4'10'', and I almost weigh that much! (And I'm not fat.) The reason that you wear such a small bra size is you're so small. (Thin) There's nothing wrong with being small, in fact, if you had larger breasts, you would probably be self-concsious because they were bigger. Take what God's given you and love it! I am a perfectionist too, and there are plenty of things that I don't like about myself. For instance, I don't like my height. I also don't like my hair. But I do like my eye color and I have been blessed with mostly clear skin, and I'm very muscular. Make a list of things you DO like about yourself. Go all out! If you rarely have acne, then you'd put clear skin. You have nice eyes, you have pretty fingernails, even put things like "I'm blessed to have a nice dog" or "I'm blessed because I have good food to eat every day". I would suggest eating healthy (not sugar and fatty foods, but a balanced diet of meat, dairy, produce, and fiber) and you could do muscle building exercises. Try doing about 15 crunches a day to start with. Push ups, sit ups and jack-knife crunches are good too. If you feel that you want to do more cardio work, run, jog, ride a bike, swim etc. Always, AlWaYs, ALWAYS remember this : God made you the way he wanted you to be. Be thankful for what you have, and remember that it could be much worse. Be thankful that you have internet access, good teachers, food, and the ability to even walk to class every day.
Happy Valentines day! =D God Bless

xOCarrie answered Saturday February 12 2005, 4:06 pm: You need to be careful about how your talking and feeling about your body - it all leads to annorexia and according to your BMI (Body Max Index) You are underweight. I know everyone has problems with their bodies and/or may not like some things about them but dont let it take advantage of you because one day it could be too late. If you really want a healthy body, eat 3 meals a day including 1-2 snacks. eat healthy meals w/o junk food. Run run run, running tones your body really well. Run about 1-2 miles 3 times a week and stretch. You may feel "fat" a lot of people feel that way but doing these things will make you feel so much better and so much healthier. Please please PLEASE dont let this take over you - eating disorers are not "fun" and are extreamly dangerous and this is how they all start. Good luck.
