I am having a big problem on my job. I am a licensed nurse working in Home Care in Florida. What is commonly called Agency work. There are several nurses working this particular Case. We all are experienced nurses, and adore our little patient, which is a handicapped child. We all have been on this particular job for several years,and everyone does a good job. One nurse who I will call N, causes a lot of unneccessary friction on this home case. The father of this child is alone, and is a divorced, retired older man. And he is the primary care giver for this child. N has been intimately involved with this gentleman, off and on for a couple of years. She works the night shift and sleeps. She manipulates this man, and the shedule changes according to her wishes.When he leaves town on business trips, she comes and goes in the home, and causes problems for whichever nurse is working at that time. The agency is aware that she sleeps and that she is imtimately involved with this pts father. But has done nothing to rectify this situation. I learned ethics and conflict of interest when I studied nursing, but obviously some people do not follow this guidelines. Besides this , the nurses brags about being able to work 2 jobs. If everyone working in nursing could sleep, then everyone could work two jobs. She is married and has children. Besides this nurse being liable, and the agency. Should medicare also be advised of this situration? Nurses are threatening to leave this home case, if nothing changes and soon. What about the licensure agency, here in Florida? Most definately tell the right "authorites" about this. Seems to me she not the only one being "screwed" if you get my drift. With all the schedule changes to suit her needs, well hey ya know, all the other nurses have a life to and deserve for the schedule to stay the way it is supposed to so they they can go about there life's also. She should be removed from this case promptly! Good Luck in doing the right thing.

As far as what to do, only you can answer that. and as far as having any ideas, I think I might can offer some insight into your problem. So here goes,.... This is your life and you deserve to be happy, not make others happy before your own happiness. This guy that your already with sounds like the flame has burnt out. But to make certain, You need time away from him so you can see where your heart truly lies. and maybe that is with this other guy. Have you and this other guy even talked or anything? I've been really good friends with this one girl for nearly my entire life (I'm a girl too btw) and I've always considered her my best friend; however, she's never been very nice to me. She's not a very nice person at all actually. We may have had laughs and great memories together, but as long as I've known her she's always done incredibly bitchy things to me. She would give me something for my birthday and then take it back and give it to her bf. She's stolen the guy I liked right infront of me (and whenever I'm around she calls him on her cell just to make me jealous), she invites all of my best friends to her parties so they won't come to mine telling them that if they go to mine instead of hers that she won't be friends with them anymore... she constantly complains about how stupid I am... and other things like that too. I know that she's not a good friend, and I admit that I don't like her at all anymore! but she thinks that I'm her best friend... and it makes me sad to look back at all the things that we've gone through together. Honey, speaking on behalf of someone who has been best friends with a girl for nearly 15 years now, that is not how a best friend acts. You should break this off and quit investing your time on her and invest it on trying to find a REAL friend...one that respect's you. Maybe, after you break it off with her she will come to realize what a shitty friend she has been and start to be better?

Ok so.... you say you want at least a 38A or a 40A so you should know that those numbers are back size and not cup size...lol. So I'm assuming you want bigger boobs and not a wider back as you indicated. There is nothing you can do to speed up your breast growing. It's just something that you have to wait for nature to take it's course. Evrey girl goes through the stage that you are going through now. You just have to tough it out till you get a little bit older... usually at 14, they START growing a lot more.

I cannot stress this enough to young people...Everyone is beatiful in there own way. Don't put so much thought into the "am I overweight, underweight, to tall, to short, to big chested to flat chested" ahh the list goes on and on. To many teen girls seem to care more about this then there schoolwork, family or anything else for that matter. God made you just the way you were supposed to be.

How do you feel about the possibilty of them dating? Are you breaking up with him 'cause you know she likes him? Personally, A friend's boyfriend is always OFF-LIMITS regardless if your dating him or you have dated him. But that's totally up to you as far as them dating. just don't let it come between you and her. Best Friend's are forever.
P.S. I wouldn't try to hook them up...Just let them be.

Okay, I liked him (Let's call him Bob) since about December- January. Bob was a nice guy, and I liked him a lot. I started flirting with him. Then, an evil guy told him I liked him, and he said "ewww." My friend covered for me, and Bob believed my friend. Then, I told him I liked him.
I went to a sports game of his, and after it, he kept looking at me (Not a weird look, just a look with no emotion or anything, just some blank glances)! It was like this:
Put equipment in bag. Look at me. Pick bag up. Look at me again. Or something like that.
Then I told him "good game" and he gave me this weird look. Now, it could be that I was out of place or whatever, but I'm not sure.
Sometimes, my friends or me catch him looking at me! Just two days ago, my friend caught him staring at me! After my friend caught him, he looked away!
And yesterday, he said he liked me as a friend "sort of." He was in front of his friends when he said this.
Also, he used to reapond to my instant messages before he knew I like him, but now he doesn't! What does this all mean??

What make's "us" girls different from them is we tend to analyze everything with the "What if he" or "Do you think he?" and so on. It seems to me that this guy really might like you... I mean what's up with all the glances this guy gives you? {lol} You wouldnt glance at a boy so often that you didn't like...would you? ummm no.. As far as what he said to you when he was in front of his friends, probably isnt the way he feels either. Guy's seem to want to "front" when they get in front of there friends. The only true way to find out is just to come out and ask him. ok i have a really big problem with depression, and i was really depressed tonight i spent the enitre night crying ym eyes out, while my boyfriend went to a social ( a wedding anniversary for his friends parents that is basically a really big party). Why were you depressed that night? because your boyfriend went out? Your boyfriend should have been there for you but you can't place total blame on him for your depression. He has obligations to other people beside's you... you need to be able to understand that. What's important to know is were you depressed before this night or was you being so upset brought on by the fact that he had went out that night?

What makes you think your pregnant? Have you missed your period? Go get a pregnancy test, and also, because your young it is a normal thing for your period to "go and come" as it pleases, but to be on the safe side, get the pregnancy test and try to to remember next time that you ahould always have protection when having sex. On another note, What does you and your family being high class have to do with anything? And here's you a "mental note": The safest sex....is NO sex.
