I use a false certificate to get admitted into the college, now i've graduated , will it have any effect on me

Well, this is just speculation, but if you took several years worth of college courses and graduated with decent grades, I don't think anyone will investigate how you got in.
I wouldn't worry about it. It is very unlikely to have an effect now.

If they find out you will be in series trouble. You;ll probably have to take your grades over. But, if your lucky you will not get told on , or found out . If you want it like it never happened, wright a letter offering to take your years/grades over, and opoligise imidiently, it won't be so hard, i mean it's not going to be hard, you've been through it before have'nt yoy. you'll just get smarter.......bye,...,,,,,,,,,,
