it feels like everyone around me is in love except me. im not even 13 but almost. what is a good age to start getting boy friends or even just going on dates? am i going to fall behind in my love life? :/

well, i guess the best time is whenever you`re ready. who cares about the rest of the crowd, it`s how you feel and if you`re up to the challenge. i`m 13, and well personally, i`d rather start getting boyfriends and going out when i`m in high school, around 9th or 10th grade, but i mean that`s just how i plan my self. and no.. you won`t fall behind in your love life =) you just fall in love when you do, you know? there`s not an exact time for someone to get a boyfriend, it`s whenever you`re ready. if you wanna have a boyfriend now, it`s totally ok! just don`t rush things too quickly. i`m sure you`ll find the right guy one day and it will all work out great.

I like this kid named lets say bryan and i think he likes me back. I mean i think i know this because out of all my friends we asked him who he would go out with and he picked me. Does this mean he likes me? I want a relationship but don't want to be the one to ask him out. What should i do?

i guess he could like you? there`s a possiblity in this.. if you want and relationship, but you don`t wanna be the one to make the move the try this:
[well i found this advice in one of my COSMOgirl magazine`s as i was reading it. i guess i`ll summarize the article:]

1) Ask him to do something with you one day, try going to the movies, a resturant, or a concert.
2) Be flirty, but not too muchh to make you look despirate.
3) If he plays any sports, maybe one day surprise him by going to his game, be there and cheer him on.
4) Buy him a little something so he remember`s you.
5) Compliment him on what he`s wearing, or how he looks, be a sweetheart.

What do i do when my mom just cares about her boyfriend and she never wants me and my sister around, and all she says to me and my sister is that were imbarssments, and i hear her having sex all the time with her boyfriend, and i found a vibrater in her room! what do i do i feels like i dont even have a mother!! when i was sick with the flu she didt come home til 6 o'clock in the morning I was rushed in emergancy room, thanks to my sister calling the ambulance! what do i do I NEED HELP!

Ps-she doesnt even make us dinner or anything

whatever mushoku said to you sounded good.. first talk to your mom about this, and if that fails, talk to a family member, but i don`t really think that you should have to go to the police and talk to them if a family member won`t listen.. [like mushoku said,] right??

okay i really like this kid that lives in texas and we are sort of "
"going out" only like we never met in person we met on the internet through a fith grader i dont know what too do im falling for him so fasst and i cant even be with him hes so sweet anf funny what should i do im only 10 so should i dump him becuz 10 year olds arent supposed too fal in love? i am a female

awww, kids fall in loves so fast these days.. lol, well there`s tons of options to concider.[personally, i would do this:] If you really love him, and if he`s the sweet guy you say he is.. then why break such a good relationship?.. if things are going great then just take him for a little bit, then maybe the best thing would be to eventually, let him go. The second option would be to dump him like, now! if you feel that it`s just not working between you two, and he`s being very rude and unworthy, break it up! yess, 10 is kinda young but i mean you love the guy, and that`s all that matters. Just follow your heart and do what you think is best.

umm okay..my cousin introduced to the guy she liked and after awhile the guy and i would talk and i would enjoy it. then i find myself liking him but i feel guilty for liking my cousin's crush..`=/

well.. yeahh, liking ur cousin`s crush is pretty tough, but i mean there`s no harm in just liking him right? i say you backdown from him for a while until ur cousin might start liking someone else, then you can really get it going. But for now, just like him, nothing more.

i babysit 2 kids once a week for an hour (girlsages almost 5 and almost 3) They are lots of fun but we always play the same game (dogs) Im starting to get really bored with it but i dont no what else to play. i dont what to go buy craft stuff or anything i just want some new idea or something. They have low attention spans for the most part and they arent on the same skill/play level so it sometimes makes it hard. what do i do

kids can go with anything.. games are good, try something easy like Silly Six Pins Bowling Game, hahaa, lol, my friend babysits her little sister and she said that sometimes she plays Silly Six Pins Bowling Game with her and it keeps her sooo excited and occupied all the time. Hide and seek is good, but you have to give them rules since you never know where they could run off to, tell them that your only allowed to hide in one spot of the house or something like that. Chutes and Ladders is a good easy game, Operation Brain Surgery, Connect Four, there`s lots to do. You can do something as simple and easy as just drawing pictures.. teach them a hand claping game, let them play with dolls.. idk?!? I spy is good.. let them play dress up with some old funky clothes.. if its a nice day outside let them blow bubbles.. let them do a puzzle of some sort.. there`s like a million different things to do.. just be creative and have fun!

I have had this really good firend for like seven years and we are like sisters. Ive noticed that she never really took a liking to guys and always wondered if she was lesbian or something. She told me just a few weeks ago that she was and that she was sexually attracted to me. I was really confused and disguisted. I dont wanna throw away a seven year friendship...but i dont want my best friend hitting on me.

you have to just talk to her about this.. tell her that you`re not like that, and your looking for guys, not girls.. [say it in the nicest way possible though.] And if all goes well, she should understand and you two will still keep that seven year friendship!

ok 1 of my friends told me that his bestfriend liked me but when i called to ask him he started t ostuder & it took him about 2 min. to answers it & this is pretty much what he said " ummmmm i ahh didnt say that i umm think he was ahhhmm probly lien to you"so does that mean he likes me or something.

I`m pretty sure he would.. if guys tend to studder around you, it`s a definite possibility that they like you. He`s just being shy, you know? It`s this akward feeling for a guy to have the guts and actually come out to tell you that they like you. So give him sometime.. i`m sure he`ll break out of his shell and tell you straight up, that he has feelings for you.. eventually?!?

im 13 i have never kissed n i dont no what to do!

A first kiss should always be done while the two of you are alone. This will help to avoid any unnecessary nervousness and embarrassing situations. The first thing to do when kissing is RELAX. Think about nothing at all but the kiss you're giving. Start with lips either just slightly parted or closed. No tongue! Relax your lips, but don't let them mush up. Allow yourself to feel like you are completely confident in what you are doing. It makes the world of difference. Kiss like there is nothing you would like to do than be right there with your love kissing them. Just be comfortable, and the faith of your kiss is really up to you & your love.

I am 14 years old and I am self-conscience about my breast size. Is there anything that I can do to reduce my breast size?

actually no.. there is breast reduction surgery, but i don`t want you to take that into concideration. you can`t really changed what you`ve got you know? you`ll just have to accept that you`re a growing girl and whatever happens hapepns!?

Ok, there is this one guy that I know likes me. But I don't like him. We are really really good friends. How can I tell him I don't like him without hurting him?

just tell him straight forward that you don`t like him, don`t hold back on speaking your mind! be honest but still say it in a polite way. yes, tt might take him a while to really soak it all in but eventually he`ll be fine with it and forget. If he cares about you he`ll know that it`s all for the right reasons, right?

im 14 years old. My mom isnt working right now so we dont have alot of money. The clothes i wear are american eagle, aeropostale, hollister, and abercrombie mostly. Well for school my mom said i cant get alot of clothes unless i buy them with my own money. i was wondering if anyone knew a way i could make money for some clothes. The place that i live at there arent that many kids, so i cant baby sit around here. Does anyone have any ideas?

start some mowing lawns, you could do house work for your neighboors.. there`s lots to do. But the best and fastest way to make some money is to sell stuff! have a garage sale or just sell stuff on ebay, you won`t believe how much money you could get for some old junk you never even knew you had in the first place. So start cleaning your house and look for anything that`s not being used or anything that`s old! i`m sure you`ll be splurging in money in no time!

I'm really worried about my girl friend her grandpa is in the hospital. Well she's sad and streesed out. I'm sad for her, but I don't know what to do for her. So my question is... What should I do for her? Or should I do anything at all?

just spend time with her, make her feel loved and let her know that you`ll always be there for her, and that everything`s going to be alright. Make her day buy giving her flowers or any little gift could do really. Take her to see a movie one night, go out for dinner, everyday boyfriend and girlfriend stuff. As long as you confront her and tell her that everything will be fine.. i`m sure she`ll feel a lot better knowing that you`re there to help her and to get through this.

Ok, well there is a dude at my church. He is so sweet, funny and hott. I wish he would like me. I mean I do not know if he doesnot. But one time I asked him out and he said maybe. SoOo, how do I get him to like me?Or get him to hang with me.

ask him if one day he might wanna see a movie with you? offer to hang out, grab something to eat and just chill like friends.. try to spend as much time as you can spare for him, if you live my a beach or pool, ask him to go swimming with you, try taking a walk at the park, go to the mall together, idk! there`s tons of different ideas. then who knows.. eventually he could start to grow on to you and begin liking you?! Just play it cool, and relax, and be flirty but not too over the edge you know, just be like your everyday self.

i go to the gym everyday for 45 minutes. everytime i come back im hungry and i was just wondering what a good non-fat snack would be after a workout??

As long as you stay away from sugars, fats, and big meals. Simple snacks will do. Eat things like fresh fruit, raw vegetables, and carbohydrates, and refuel yourself with water too! You can also have small servings of air-popped popcorn [no butter], rice cakes, low fat granola, seeds and nuts, yogurt, all of that sort of stuff.

of course! it`s perfectly fine, nothing to be ashamed of.. i`m like best friends with a lot of people that aren`t in the same grade and age group as me!!

whats the difference between french kissing and making out

making out- open mouth kissing usually with tongue, and occasionally groping between 2 individuals.
french kissing- you and your partner putting your tongue in each others mouth and moving it around with your lips locked

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 10 months. What are some really romatic or creative things i can do for him?

Be more romantic. Romance does not necessarily mean spending a lot of money on someone. (It especially doesn’t mean spending lots of money on something he doesn’t really want just to try to impress him!) Think of romance as a way of letting your guy know how important he is to you. Romance comes from the heart. It can involve great big things, but romance can just as easily be the sum of lots of little things done with care and attention. Little love notes hidden around can be a wonderful way to show you are thinking of him– especially if you hide them where he will find them when you aren’t around. Take him out on a date. Cook for him. Do all of those little romatic things with him that i`m sure he`ll never forget..
