i go to the gym everyday for 45 minutes. everytime i come back im hungry and i was just wondering what a good non-fat snack would be after a workout??

As long as you stay away from sugars, fats, and big meals. Simple snacks will do. Eat things like fresh fruit, raw vegetables, and carbohydrates, and refuel yourself with water too! You can also have small servings of air-popped popcorn [no butter], rice cakes, low fat granola, seeds and nuts, yogurt, all of that sort of stuff.
