im 16 & a female..ok so my last boyfriend we'd gone out for just about for 5 months then we broke up over something completely stupid in january. then i went out with someone else the next day [i know!] but, the thing is, i had and still have very strong feelings for him. but now he's going out with someone else but, he still tells me everyday that he loves me and wants to be with me and he'd break up with his new girlfriend for me. buuuut my current boyfriend has already told me he loves he and that he wants to be with me forever blah blah and its only been a MONTH!!! and i guess i just dont want to hurt him, and on the other hand, my ex's girlfriend told him she loves him and they've only been going out for TWO WEEKS!!! but i just dont know what to do, whether to leave my current bf for my old one or not. i mean....i have feelings for my current but they arent nearly as strong as the one for my ex... any suggestions?
do what you think is right. if you really think you may love your ex definatly get back with him. dont not be with him because your scared to hurt your current boyfriends feelings. sometimes you gotta do whats right for you! and stop worrying about everyone else (:

your face could just be bloated! what kinds of foods do you eat? salt can cause this a lot of time if you eat a lot of salt. increase your water intake and decrease your salt intake. try eating sea salt instead if you really need salt. also sometimes bread can do this too

how old are you you should add that. and i dont think hes over you, but most guys dont like being lonely, he was just kind of replacing that lonlieness with another girl. even though that is NOT exceptinoal you have to let him know that. and if his friend asked you to come over, and your EX was tehre, it was probably because your EX told his friend to invite you over. hes not over you! hes just trying to make you jealous

a lot of times they sell packs with 3 sizes. usually "regular" "super" and "ultra" or something like that. so you could buy that to know you have whatever size you're going to need! so depending on how heavy your period is then you can decide which one to use. if its light use regular, if its a little heavier use super, and if its really heavy or bad use the ultra!

I tan at Planet Tan, and am on the premier package (with just the level 1 and 2 beds), and I had been talking to one of my friends who tans somewhere else and she had been talking about "facial bulbs" and that she always turns them on. Well when I went tanning again, I noticed that the level 1 bed doesnt have these. Can I still get my face tan without them? and how can I make tanning my legs a faster process?
and also, I was talking to one of the girls up front, and she said in a few visits I should move up to a level 3 bed (I have a free upgrade session) to get the brown color I want before banquet, and my question is if ive only been in the level 1 beds, wouldnt a level 3 bed burn me like crazy?

it wont burn you unless you go for too long so you could go in it but maybe only go for 10 minutes the first time. and maybe you could add in how long you're going in the level 1 bed now. and if shes saying "to get the brown color" it probably means its a bronzing bed which means it has less burning rays which means you wont get burnt like you would in a regular bed!

I was at my friend's house last night, and we and his sister and a few friends were knocking some drinks back. Well my question is about calories.
I've been working out at the gym for quite some time now but I don't really see much progress so I want to try a diet.
Now could somebody advice me how many calories I can consume if I work out for about 2 hours a day(including sauna in those 2 hours,if that matters)
And also : when I drank some coke today I saw this displayed on the can : 0.5 kcal
Now I'm in a science education and I know k stands for calories.
So that means there are 500 calories in that coke?(not diet or anything,just a regular coke)
I mean,isn't that really really much? :|
I've heard of diets where you can only consume about 1000 calories a day,so that's equal to 2 sodas,and that's equal to MADNESS!!
first of all you say you're dieting but you're drinking coke? (could be part of the reason you're no seeing results?) if you're serious about losing weight you need to cut out soda, its waisted calories and a lot of sugar that actually will make you hungrier. stick to only water also limit packaged foods..
but about the kcal im not really sure what that would mean because i dont think a regular soda would only have .5 calories but sodas dont usually have 500 calores? normal 100-200ish (waisted calories, you could have a filling piece of meat for that soda!)
also cant really say how many calories you should consume a day unless you tell us your age and weight, but normally if you're trying to lose weight you should consume about 1500 calories (shouldnt go less than 1200 or you'll go into starvation mode and evntually gain weight) and just make sure its calories consisted of HEALTHY food, and workout (lots of cardio) and make sure you're lifting weights to build muscle and lose fat =]
also make sure you're getting enough protein!
+ dont forget your veggies of course ;] (filling and low in calories)
Here is my situation ok here I am finally in a relationship with a great guy who is always there for me and we have been going out for four and a half months we have known each other ever since high school and found each other again on myspace. I am 13 and in seventh grade. I sit with a group of nice people at lunch, except for one. "Grady" insults us, cries, yells at us for minor things, and has come right out and said he sits with us only because he likes to annoy us. Once, he started crying on purpose so we would feel bad and sit with him.

differin gel helps a lot. but im pretty sure you have to get a perscription like from a dermatologist. i use to have terrible acne and when it finally went away i had horrible ugly acne scars. i used differin gel every night and its helped a lot. also by eating right and drinking lots of water (both good for your skin) and drinking lemon water (good for new cell growth) will all speed up the process. but its also time.. remember that!
