I purchased a pair of jeans off ebay on February 19, 2005. When they arrived, I was dissatisfied with them and requested a refund. On March 6, the person emailed me back saying they recieved the jeans and would send me a refund the next morning. After a week later, I emailed them back asking where the refund was. They said they never recieved the jeans. I emailed back saying I did send them the jeans. Today, I got an email from ebay saying I never sent payment! How is this possible if I recieved the jeans and requested a refund??? It's almost a month since I purchased these jeans and the refund isn't here! What do I do? (link)

Hopefully you saved the emails and always buy delivery confirmation when you are shipping an item back to a seller. I sell on ebay and usually clothing is non-refundable, but if they told you they would give you a refund then they should, another thing you can do is contact ebay safe harbor and file a dispute.

I bought a house back in Oct. 2004. When we were moving in, we noticed that there were still things from the previous owners. They said that they had a few things to take out of the house at closing. They also had said that there was a large pile of brush and other trash items in the back yard that were going to be picked up later that day. This did not happen. They are now telling us that they don't have to clean it up and that it is our responsibility. The problem is that in our area we have to pay for someone to come and pick up that stuff, or pay to drop it off at the landfill.

If there is nothing in writing and no agreement than you are stuck with the project, but I do know they have a clean up day usually in townships where people can bring the trash that they can't get rid of, you might want to call your local boro building and ask them if they have a clean up day and it will not cost you much at all. Dreams are all parts of us and when we sleep our bodies are completely relaxed and our subconsious is at work. It sounds like you are very angry at people and that you killing them in your dreams is an outlet for your anger and when you die in your dreams is you feeling threatend by something. Keep a tablet beside your bed and write down your dreams when you first wake up in the morning, it will help you relate to your dreams and help make them clear for you.

I'll tell you how to find out if he just want's sex or he really likes you. Don't put out, if he keeps coming around even though you have not had sex then he probably wants a relationship, but if he avoids you after you keep telling him no, well than he is only after one thing sex. Remember if you don't put out it will keep them coming back, because they know you haven't slept with everyone and it will keep them interested.

Hey everyone, I was wondering about warts. i have two bubbly-like things, one on my ankle, one on my knee. I'm mostly likely sure they're warts, I can't go to get them checked out. DOn't ask. But I but this thing, it was like 20+ dollars, like the most expensive wart remover thing there was on the shelf, it was supposed to freeze the wart off, but it hasn't been working. Anyone have any experinces with warts or know any information on how to get rid of them? Thanks in advance. I rate well. =) (link)

Warts are a virus and usually go away in time, but a good remedy to get rid of a wart is cut an onion in half and scoop out the middle and fill it with sea salt. Paint the wart daily with the juice that flows from the onion and it will be gone. I have also heard of cutting a potato in half and placing the inner part of the potato on the wart and it will draw out the wart.

Near my armpit, I have a bump. Its about 1/2in by 1/2in. It looks like a buise but it, i dont know how to put this, its like, elevated. i have know idea what it is or how i got it. I've had it for about 4 months. The first month, when i squeezed it, a puss like fluid came out. But not anymore. It juts hurts when i touch it. Does anyone have any idea's on what it is? (link)

Please listen very carefully. I had the same thing happen to me when I was young it is a sist and mine got so big I had to have it removed, but what I found out is I was allergic to deodarant and certain soaps, so quit using your deodarant for a while and use baby powder and maybe change you soap to a milder scented soap. If is doesn't go away then maybe it is laundry soap. Something you changed in the last few months is causing your problem, it is an allergy.

Look into natural remedies, be a detective to your own body. Try External application of oils such as Evening Primrose, Vitamin E or Jojoba can be effective. To norish the skin, add oatmeal to bath water and use oatmeal soap. taking Vitamin B6 can sometimes heal dry flaky skin.

Yesterday my b/f thought i was mad at him which i wasn't. today he started being really sweet. he was walking me to all my classes and everything..(he used to sometimes but not all the time like today). Before his lunch and one of my classes he said "c'mon forget about your friends we need some alone time." and we started walking down the hall and he grabbed my hand. :) Now my question is do you think he just said that or do you think he really wants the time alone with me, because he was talking to his friend as we were walking (link)

I think your boyfriend just want's to spend time with you and he feel's that you are upset, because he hasn't spent as much time with you as he should. He obviously has feelings for you and want's to show you that he cares, but you know how friends are and he probably didn't want to be rude to his friends, but also wanted alone time with you and school is a hard place to have alone time, so he just goes with the flow.

I am 14, female int he 9th grade. I'm also usually a straight A student. My sister graduated 2nd in her class. She recieved an full scholorship to the college she attends. My brother was expelled in 11th grade. My parents had stressed how important grades were, I agreed to an extent. Working my butt off to earn straight A' and a high GPA. This Marking Period. I am in Algebra 2(normally a 11th grade class) and French 1. I was doing okay in Algebra untill I failed a quiz and recieved a 80% on a unit test. This brings my grade to 88.5%, the MP ends in 3 days. no way i can bring that up. in french, i got a 70% on the Unit test. I failed most the tests in their. But my grades were usually up. Now I face the problem of having 2B's (a possible C) on my usually perfect report card. I told my mother this afternoon and she shook her head and simply said "Shit *insert name*". She then turned and walked away.
I WORK MY BUTT OF IN SCHOOL. I'm taking all Honors and the most difficult classes. I can't be perfect like my sister, I can't always get straight A's. How do I tell my parents this respectfully. ??I'm sorry It's such a long question.:-/ Help (link)

Don't spend your life trying to be perfect for everyone, just strive to do the very best that you can. You are who you are and as long as you do the best you can that no one should ask anymore from you. No one is perfect and the grades you have are good grades, just tell your parents that you are doing your best, but don't appologize for not being as perfect as your sister, because you are perfect just being you.
