I have a little brother (who though i love him very very much) is overweight. Not really badly but it's no longer cute "baby fat". He's 10 years old and has problems running and stuff. It's not his fault. He loves food, and it always puts a smile on his face. If he's upset or mad, my parents will offer him a soda or bowl of icecream. They offer him food when there's no way he can be hungry. I'll come home from swimming practice at 3:00 and be starving. I'll grab a piece of pizza and stick it in the microwave. my mom will see and yell to my little brother who's in his room playing PS2... hey honey... want some pizza? then tell me to cut him a small piece because he just ate lunch an hour ago. he'll come in the room and ask if he can have some chips and a soda w/ it. "of course honey". and she asks why he's overweight. i've tried to make her stop a couple times but she doesn't understand that he's not old enough to make good desicions about what he eats. we got to mcdonalads and he'll order two cheeseburgers,fries, a soda, and a sundae. how do i explain to my parents that they're teaching him bad eating habits and he's gonna end up really fat if they don't cut it out... with out insulting them? Who care if you insult them. Not Only will he be fat but lazy too. Lissen, Its not healthy to be over weight, early deaths i mean. Like from heart attacks, stroks. If you truly love your brother you will sit down your mother and father and talk to them about it. Maybe when you go swimming (not swimming practice) have him come. Maybe they just are in a habbit to spoil him. Please dont let the boy become fat. Its realy not healthy!!

Ok well my 12 year old friend thinks shes pregant!! She hasnt had sex or done anything exsept fingerherself but she been tired!! She goes to sleep at 4:00am and wakes up at 3:00-4:00is and shes not sick but when she took her medican she got a stomic ackes and sometimes diaea and pooping!! And shes goten only one headacke this mounth!! So she whats to know! is she pregnet!

I get sick very often. If something is "going around" i KNOW i will catch it. Is there anything i can do or take (like maybe vitamins or something) to help my imune system so i wont get sick so often?

As a child, or even now you may often take medison often because you get sick, this is wrong, do not do it. if you take meddison for evrey cold the meddison wont help your imune system. see a docter to help you.

I love making up my own songs and singing them..the problem is, when i write them down, they look so retarded and then I forget the tune and everything screws up..my question is, how do you write lyrics that match with the tunes? If you have a voice you can be a singer. Its not the backround, the looks, its the voice. Also I am sure you have a lovely voice so just go and give it all you got. There so many diffrent people that are singers. Asian people are good looking in my opoion and people want diffrent people singing because it gives young singers hope and the confidence to do somthing great with there blessed talent. I realy think you should get a tape recorder and tape your self singing and send it somewhere wher your lovely talent can be noticed. God gave each person somthing great. Something to take full advantage of and run with it! Hold on tight to your hopes and dreams and go for it! You can do anything if you put your heart to it. PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK EVEN IF A 1!!!!!

okay well im 15/f, and i recently found out im pregnate. i would really like to be more healthy. you know, toned muscles, eat healthy foods, etc. the thing is, i know exactly how to do it, what foods to eat, what to avoid, great exercises, etc. the only problem is i can NEVER be motivated enough to stick to a healthy lifestyle. reading through all this health advice really gets me excited about being healthier and such, but then when i actually go try it, i am never motivated enough to follow through! any tips? You want to do it and you start but after a day or so it just goes away Put a picture of you in the mirror that shows your worse of angles and improve that and one you are looking better take your picture and do it, ut it in a mirror in which you look at evreymorning.or on a desk. Nice Skirt and spagettie strap shirt or an off the shoulder shirt with a nice jacket (carry in hand) and a nice profetional purse. Wear hair nice loook profetional and exeptable

I have been shaving my pubic area for a while now, but I can never seem to shave the hair near like the second hole (which would be your butt hole) does anyone have any tips or tricks on how I can shave that region because I can barely see it and don't want to cut myself. Lissen, My older sister had that problem. Go to the docter she had to get minor surgery to correct the problem. Your life will be easy without it. I must warn you at first the docter told my sister just not to sneeze or blow her nose. Make sure you get BETTER help if such a thing accurs! I wish you the best of luck.
Try taking meddison that will stop sneezes and carry lots of tissues and baby wipes in your pocket and stay away from open windows!
