yes.
condoms are not always 100% safe.
my sister used a condom & was on the pill, and she got pregnant. so it just goes to show. you're not ALWAYS safe. even whenever you're being really cautious.

i've gotten both of mine pierced. & honestly it's not like terrible pain. it didn't hurt as much as getting my nose pierced. it's just like getting your cartilidge pierced kind of. you'll go into the piercing place thinking it's going to hurt tremendously bad & then when you leave with your ear pierced. you'll think it's funny because it didn't hurt as bad as what you anticipated it to. :]
it's hard to clean. that's the only thing i had problems with. because i can't ever get water in my ear because my ears are like crazy sensitive. but, when i cleaned it i just tilted my head the other way so there was no way the solution could get into my ear.
but everyone loves my piercing, everyone always asks me if it hurts & it's hard to describe because it doesn't, but they just think you're trying to make them feel better. but it's the truth.
get it done, you'll love it.

i remember making out for my first time. i did it in a movie theater. and luckily i felt REALLY comfortable making out in the theater because it was in the darkk & i didn't know what faces i would make. i was really embarassed. but, then i hated kissing whenever we weren't in a theater. ahah. so. i guess in a way i wasn't lucky.

I was told by my dr that I have mono, he didn't run the test but he says I don't have strep. He gave me a steriod tot ake for 2 days, so is my case not servere if he only gave me that amount of medicine? And I am going to see my boyfriend in 2 weeks will I be contagious to him? (link)

hey.
i've had mono before. & make sure that you take the medicine when your doctor advised you to, and if you feel better tomorrow, keep taking the medicine no matter what!
mono builds up. you've had the virus in you for a couple of weeks, but you haven't known about it, if you've seen your boyfriend over the past month there is a chance that he could already have it. you'll have the virus for six more months and you'll keep getting sick because your immune system isn't strong. it sucks, but yeah.
it's a different story with my boyfriend, when i had mono he had no symptoms or anything like that, and i saw him on an everyday basis. so, he never got mono. so you never know.
wait in two weeks and see how you feel, and then judge if you want to you know kiss him & what not. but mono is a kissing disease, that's how it's spread!! :]

it wouldn't work out well if you took your best friend along. she may get jealous. i don't know how old you are. but, i know that if my best friend were to go out with one of my exes i wouldn't be too happy, so going out on a date with them would be quite possibly the worst thing ever.
you're thirteen. don't go on a date with this guy until you know him well enough where you won't stutter & be shy. talk to him on the phone everyday and then eventually meet him when you know the time is good.
if you want to go on a date with him now, consider inviting one of your closest friends that maybe have a boyfriend. or invite two other people. because you don't want one of your friends feeling like the third wheel you know?

My dog ran away tonight he's just four months old. My family and I have looked high and low for him. I need to know if dogs can remember where they live he's only been to our new house for a day now... (just moved in)

Dogs have a really great memory, but unfortunately, I don't think your dog will know where to go seen as you just moved into your house.
I'm not sure if you live in a neighborhood, but, hang signs with your dogs picture and his name, your phone number, where you live. Ask your parents what to put and hang them around your town. Depending if you live in a rural or city area. Also, at places where people go, like the pharmacy, or places where people take their pets, like the veterinarian, kennel, or petco/petsmart. Just regular pet stores.
You can get dog whistles at any animal store that has dog food & treats, and what not.
Good luck finding your dog, it's so sad when they go missing. :[

Well, I lost my virginity at 15. & it was to a 24 year old, so of course, I have my regrets about that relationship. It was illegal and we knew it, and that's probably the only thing that I regret, is actually having sex with a 24 year old, not the actual guy himself, because he was amazing.
I'm not in a relationship with him anymore, because he said he wasn't ready for a relationship & that he didn't love me anymore. & that completely tore me in two. I couldn't believe that like, this guy I lost my virginity to, totally wanted to break up with me. We lasted a long time, but we just had such an age gap & it really affected us, long-term.
I don't really have any feelings about it anymore. I haven't had sex since him, so, that's the positive side of things. :] Haha.

I wear my contacts all the time when I'm in a tanning bed. I nap with mine in, too. I'm not supposed to, you know? Because, there day ones. Not night ones! But, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just don't constantly stare at the bulbs because I'm sure it'll just make your eyes dry & make your contacts irritate you. :]

I think that the bangs on her would look perfect on you. Because, we have the same face shape and I have bangs, and it was the best decision I ever made, because they look super cute. The haircut itself looks like it would be really dramatic, which will be really nice, because it'll just be so different. I think that it'll go really nice with the shape of your face too. So, yeah. It's important to start taking the birth control pill whenever you feel like you're going to start having sex, and usually taking the pill for a month before you actually start being active, [just to be safe] would be the best thing to do. The pill becomes affective in everyone differently. To some, it may start within a few days, to others it may take a few weeks, you never exactly know. If you read the directions and talk to your doctor then you'll understand why it's so important to use another form of contraception while you're waiting for the pill to kick in.

I start the class part of drivers ed tomorrow. I am homeschooled, and will be going with public school kids. Basically the kids I would be going to school with. I went with them until 2 years ago, I still keep in touch with everybody, but all the ones that I know have already taken it or won't be taking it the week I will. I'm super nervous. I know I won't know anybody, and I'm super shy and self-concious.

Well, it really depends. I'm not sure where you live or how many drivers ed places you have in your city. But, I live in San Antonio & there's plenty of Drivers Ed places to go. But, I went to one that was directly across from my school, so on average there were usually twenty kids in the class. Maybe a little less. I know that a lot of the kids in the class didn't have anyone to talk to. So, I'm sure you'll have nothing to worry about, with the whole "getting to know" people factor. On the first day, we took notes on the classroom rules and just the basic stuff we'd be doing in drivers ed. We did introduce ourselves to the people at our table, but your table setting might be different, so I'm not sure. But, you're there to learn how to drive, not make friends. So don't worry about it. :]

I think that, that happens whenever they go to high school. Probably around 13 or 14. Generally, whenever kids go to high school, they feel a sense of maturity and they're open to a lot more stuff. When they get to high school they'll start focusing more on school and then they'll start thinking about college and what they want to gain out of their lives. :]

Well, that used to happen to me all the time whenever I tanned, and it sucked. Luckily, I go on this really cool tanning bed now that completely closes, so I'm getting bulbs all over my body rather then just the front & back.
Stand-up tanning beds are great! Like, they get you all over then. You need to lay in the bed so that your sides are where the bulbs are, even if that means laying on your side, which may be REALLY uncomfortable, but that's all you can do. Like, if you go in the bed for like 12 minutes, for 6 minutes lay on your back, and then for the other 6 minutes lay on your sides. That would definitely be your best bet! :]

I would definitely wait until you get back. I'm not sure if you'll be able to talk to him while you're at this camp, and I think that it'll be better for the both of yall if you spend a little bit of time away from each other, just to make sure that you really like each other, you know? Like, if you go to this camp and end up finding someone new, and you stop having feelings for him - it'll be better because you're not already dating him, you know?
You could continue the relationship and see if things work out, and if you end up now really having feelings for him as strong as you thought, you could just end it.
But, for now. You should just go on the fact that you'll start dating again whenever you get back from camp!
