Sometimes, out of no where, i'll get dizzy, my head will feel weird, and i see these weird grey swirls. i cant see anything else. it goes away pretty quick, but its incredibly weird. does anyone know what this could be? thanks.

Your not mentally ill :D I think its because sometimes people stand upto quick that can sometimes do it, take it slow when standing up. If thats not it go see the doctor, they will be able to help.

If she wants to be alone, or she crys alot or isnt eating her food then something might be wrong. Not many 4 year olds will understand, So just try to be sensative and caring.

I've liked this guy for over a year now, and he's had mutiple girlfriends. I'm really shy and haven't asked him out yet, nor plan on ever asking him out. He knows I like him, but prefers to reacll to us as "just friends" I don't know what to do.

If you really like him tell him. Be honest and he should understand you never know he might like you too. So just ask him out to the movies or over to watch a movie. If he agrees he wont know its a date so you never know what might happen.

If your a bi she shouldn't be freek out. She should understand. Sometimes when girls are at there teens they can have different feelings for girls and boys. If its not true that your a bi it will past the feelings will go away after a few months or years. But if your so sure, Just be honest she should might be freek out but she should be able to accept it.

Bend forward. They you can straighten the back. Try it in sections and its much easyer to handle. Try doing it facing two different mirrors so you can see how its going.

ok. I previoulsy asked a question about how do i get up in the morning. now i have the worst time falling asleep! help!

Hi ive had the same problem where i cant fall asleep. Mabe trying reading for an hour or half an hour before as it can make you tired. Dont watch tv right before you go to bed that can stop you sleeping. Dont eat or drink anything sugar after 6 because that can effect your sleep. Mabe take a relaxing bubble bath before going to bed, it will help you relax. When i couldnt sleep all i was thinking over and over was that i wasnt going to get to sleep. But if you dont think that your not going to you usually fall asleep within an hour.

Usually its just an advertisement so that you by more. Sometimes energy drinks, can boost your energy levels so thats why they tell you to buy more. Most of the drinks have caffien which can make you feel hipper and funny, mostly its just full of sugar that people think that they can sell saying its good for you so that they make money.

I have this friend, and i really like him more than a friend. But i dont know if he feels the same way about me. He talks to me sometimes, but out of school like at sport he usually talks to me. He is kind of rude, he calls me dumass (lol) and tells me to shutup. But he only said that once.

If hes treating you like that, why bother with him you can do much better. If he starts been a bit nicer and stops been a jurk. Then mabe you can go out with him, but until then just get him out of your head.

Dont worry your just upset at the moment get some friends round for sleepover or girly night. Then you will feel tones better. It might not be a good idea trying to get him back because he might not want you back. You just have to give it some time and you'll be fine.
