I'm a raw and living foodest. For those of you who are unfamiliar with what that is I only eat foods that have not been cooked. I do this because it maintains all of the nutrients and enzymes intact and is much healthier. I'm not here to try to convert anyone. I think you can reach maximum health by eating all kinds of foods fixed all kinds of ways. This is simply my life choice. What I'm here to do is help educate people as to what is happening to thier food. Did you know that the pharmaceutical companies have lobbied to have a law voted on called "Codex Aimentarius" that will take away our freedom to take suppliments? It has already been implemented in Europe. Of course it is still ok for them to put steroids, antiboitics and harmones in our foods. Have you wondered why there is a great influx of people acting aggressively and out of character? I'm here to help guide you through this mess. If you want to eat meat...eat meat...just get chemically free meat. I'm here to help you understand what is happening to you.

man i really feel like im being a mean girl when im at work and at school because sum dudes ask me for my number all the time. at first it was at work and this guy liked me and i didnt really like him and he knew that i wanted to just be friends but two days after i said that then on the phone he was all like i think we should start a relationship and i was like i just wanna be your friend and i didnt even like him he is so childish and he get on my nerves at work and i dont really be judgin by looks even though he didnt look all that great. and at school this dude asked me who i am dating and i told him i was taken and he said wat kind of answer is that and i was all like its a answer but i dont go w/ nobody but i just didnt like him either. but i dont try to be mean. now this otha dude at work keeps wantin to pay for my things. and he wanted to pay to get my nails done and my hair did. and wanted to pay for my food. thats nice and all but lettin a nigga pay for everything gon make you owe him somethin cause i been around niggas all my life and they all the same so i said i would pay for my own food. he asked for my number but i didnt give it to him. and he asked me to be his girlfriend but i told him i just wanna be his friend. and he was all like your gonna make me cry and i was thinkin at first this nigga just pullin my leg and most of the time u think they after your goodies you can tell when they holla at you and i am super super straight but i just didnt like them dudes .... is that mean to anybody? cause if it is wat am i gonna do i dont want boys to think im mean but i am picky

No, you aren't a mean person. There is nothing wrong with setting boundaries. This person is the one who is out of line. You have been clear with him as to the type of relationship you want to have with him. He is not respecting you when he continues to aggressively pursue you. If it were me I would tell him that if he can't abide by your wishes from now on then you don't think that the two of you can even be friends. This is not being mean. It is being true to yourself and what you know deep down is best for you. Always stick with your instincts no matter what anyone else may tell you and you will succeed in life. Don't let others sway you to do what you know is not in your best interest. Good Luck!!

Hi..i performed oral sex to a guy on..friday night but he didn't cum..we didn't use a condom..and today (monday)..i feel like i am sort of about to get a sore throat but i'm not sure..it could just be in my head because i've b een thinking about it. Could this be something i should get checked out, or should i not worry or w/e..and has anyone ever felt like i have after oral sex..?

I don't think the symptoms would pop up so quickly, but, you should get it checked out. Just because the guy didn't cum doesn't mean no fluids were excreated from the penus. I'm concerned that you would put yourself in this position. In the future please be sure that you are protected during any type of sexual encounter. If you or they don't have a condum, then don't play the game. Your life isn't worth it.

I have so many things going wrong with myself. But I am not sure if I am sick or not. There are so many explanations out there for everything that I don't know anymore. Here are a few things.
1. I cut, usually about 2 times a month.
2. I wash my hands and clean obsessivly until the tension goes away that I feel beforehand, and if I don't do this then something bad will happen.
3. I pull out the ends of my hair on urge.
4. I feel tension and stress about everything.
5. I have hallucinations throughout the day. I see presence that I know isn't there and I think my mind plays so many tricks on me.
6. I have suicidal thoughts.
7. My mood can change from anything. It cam change if someone makes me mad, or I think about the past, or it can vary from a position I am in like the way I am sitting or standing or talking can put me in weird moods.
8. I am so tired all the time and get depressed easy.
9. I think someone is out to kill me all the time.
10. I am very withdrawl and find it hard to express myself.
11. I have a hard time dealing with getting close to people and intamicy.
12. I have alot of fears of being rejected and feel like I am a failure all the time. That Im not important.
13. I have lost alot of weight over the past year due to lack of eating.(eating issues)
14. I find myself crying for no reason sometimes.
15. I suffer from sleep paralysis and have obessions with evil things.
16. I am never happy during the day or during summer. I think I might have seasonal depression in this area.

See, so many things are wrong? I am so confused and I can't think straight. I want help so bad, or some advice on what's going on.

First I want it to be clear that I am not a mental health professional but the symptoms you have just discribed are those of someone who suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder. You are definately not alone in this. My mother has it. A lot of people have it. You seem to have an exptreme version of it. I think it is imperative that you seek out a mental health perfessional right away. Please go to your family and let them know what is going on. If they are not available please talk it over with a good friend you can trust. That rejection thing is a hard one. I'll bet you reject others before they reject you. The good news is you are aware. A lot of people who have this disorder totally deny it and you can't help someone if they deny there is anything wrong. You are a lot stronger and aware than you are giving yourself credit. I think you should be proud of yourself. Start researching on the web and learn more about this disorder. They have support groups that are geard for you. Hello. I've seen commercials about benzaclin, and also ive seen commercials for differin, both prescriptions for acne. I was just wondering, which ones work better, if i dont want the acne to get worse before it gets better, and i want it to work fast (within maybe a month), and work well, meaning i want my face to be clear and to stay slear. i have about mild to moderate acne, but its just around my chin, lips, nose, and eyebrowns area, better known as the T-Zone. Oh yea, and dont tell me to use proactive, neautrogens, clean n clear 3 days crap, or any of this other acne stuff, unless it works very well because i've tried all of it, the ones ive just listed, and kept a good routine of using the products. i have a whole shelf full of acne products worth well over like 100 dollars, but none of them work! So, to cut it short, differin or benzaclin? And if you could please list why you liked which one. THank you guys so much and il rate you a 5 and leave really awesome feedback...unless youre gonna be stupid. thanks!

I don't believe in perscription drugs. They only coverup the symptoms for a while,but, they usually come back. Sounds to me like something is coming up soon and you want to look your best for it. I do have some natural remedies that may help until you get your answer on the drug issue.

First, there is a glycolic acid product you can get in the drug store that will work wonders. It is called AlphaHydrox. Start off with it at 8%. You can read the percentage on the box. They also have one that is for oily skin. A great mask that you can make yourself is with eggwhites. Yes, I said eggwhites. Simply brake an egg and seperate the yolk from the white. Then apply it all over your face. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes, though, I leave it on for an hour or more. Your skin will feel fantastic. Make an astringent by using 1 part apple cyder viniger and 8 parts distilled water. I even use this to remove my eye makeup. It helps to return your skin to it's natural PH factor.

Now, skin braking out is a symptom of detoxing. You've been injesting foods that are full of chemicals of one kind or another. This is your bodies attempt at getting rid of these toxins. I don't know what your diet is, so, I can't help you with that. But if you are eating commercial meat, for example, it has steroids (a symptom of which is skin braking out), harmones (another break outer) and antibiotics. I'm not saying quit eating meat. I'm saying if you have to eat it make it organically raised. You'll find that it tastes better than the commercial meats and your body will digest it better.

I am 18 years old and I experience alot of stress and anxiety all the time.
Some of the signs I think have dawned on me physically:
1. My muscles and joints always ache.
2. I am so tired all the time.
3. I get frequent headaches.
4. I feel weak alot.
5. My energy level is so low.
6. I am insomniac alot.
7. My concentration level is very low.
8. I forget things so easily.
9. I always get bumps and sores on my arms and head.

Are these signs of stress/anxiety? Or is it something else, because I am a vegetarian and I am thinking maybe my energy is low and I can't sleep because lack of protien and vitamins and after I became vegetarian I started feeling so weak all the time. But I am also so stressed to. So I don't know. In what other ways can stress affect you? How do you cope and what are ways to relieve aches in your muscles? And what does vegetarianism do to you overall, I know I am one but don't know everything about it that it does to your body. Because after I became vegetarian I started cutting and pulling out my hair. I began to get alot of strange urges and tension build-ups.

It sounds to me like you are detoxing. How long have you been a vegitarian? These are all symptoms of detoxing with the exception of pulling and cutting your hair.

First I would suggest that you vist a Doctor and have a physical done. Keep in mind that a Doctor will most likely not understand the detoxing process but I think it is a good idea that you eliminate anything physical first. There are usually free clinics everywhere. Check yourlocal area. If the Doctor doesn't find anything physically wrong with you then you might go on a detox program. There are several of them out there such as "The Master Cleans". I like to juice my own fruits myself. Simply find something that you enjoy and start off with a 3 day cleans. When you come off of the cleans start eating foods like fruit first and then graduate up to more complex foods very slowly. This should take about 3 days. Then the next month you may want to go on a 7 day cleans. When you introduce your foods do it as a mono diet. This means that if you eat a banana first you eat only bananas for the day. You want to do this because you are checking for a food allergy. It is also kinder to your digestive system when reintroducing food after you've been fasting. You would do this for about 7 days. Just because you are a vegitarian it doesn't mean you can't be allergic to certain foods. The biggest culprit in the vegitarian diet is soy. You might want to go ahead and eliminate that all together if you are eating it.

Now for the cutting and tearing your hair out. I think there is something else going on here. You need to seek a mental health councelor of some kind. I'm really concerned about this self distructive behavior. It is not a result of your diet. Please do yourself a favor and go to your family and friends and let them know what is going on. It sounds to me like you feel out of touch and this is a symptom of some events that feel like they are beyond your control. Please take care of yourself.
