My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

okay well im having problems finding the right guy.. i was wiht this guy for like 6 months but then i dumped him because he caem froma catholic school to my school and started actin really weird and now hes like an ass hole but before he was really nice... and now i cnat find a guy that will treat me good and that is hott and tonitte i went to the football game and i was around a bunch of hott guys and like i noticed them but i didnt get to talk to them and i really wanna get to know them but theres no chance because they dotn go to my school and the football games are over and i dont no them really... im kinda stuck so if you can give me some help i would apperciate it thanks x3

You can't just search for that guy who will treat you right, it will just happen. Most guys are assholes but you seriously will find a good guy who is really nice and who won't treat you like dirt. If you see them at another football game talk to them. There will always be plenty of hot guys there but you just have to talk to them before it's too late. Now you might not see those guys to be exact but you will meet a lot of different guys who are nice & hot. Just don't search for guys, let them throw them selves at you.

so i got my hair cut today and i wanted it to my shoulders, she cut it to the bottom of my ears instead and i hate it, i think it looks so bad. is there anything i can do to make it look better?

Style your hair differently. Use clips, scrunch it, curl it. It will grow out pretty soon. I hate when people cut hair like that. I want to punch them in the face and they should get fired. Just style it different and it will look good.

This is confusing. You said you tell Josh you love him, but you feel like you are leading him on but then again, you don't like him. I don't know how that can be. I mean if you love Josh as a friend, then that's one thing and that's fine & that isn't leading him on. If you are telling him you love him more than a friend then that is leading him on. You shouldn't do that though. First you need to find out if Nick likes you. Flirt with him, start conversations and then just ask him if he likes you. If he does then ask him out. It's good that you are worrying about Josh's feelings, but you can't help worry about your's. Explain to him that you really like Nick and that you wern't trying to be mean.

Im is 7th grade, (yes im 13) and theres a new kid at my school. He is an 8th grader and i have only talked to him one time and that was because somebody told him i sed he has big hands, and he asked me if I really said it. If you see him just start of by greeting him nicely. Say heyy or what's up! Then start talking to him about any subject pretty much. Movies, sports, whatever he is doing on the weekend. The more you talk, the more you will feel comftrable. You wouldn't have to think about what to talk about. Just relax and he won't think you are a loser. & plus, I think that was his exuse just to talk to you. ;)

Well I'm writing a research paper for my Honors English 2 class and it's too late to change topics. Mine is Italian culture. Well I know religion and entertainment are apart of culture, but what other topics should I discuss? It has to be 5 pages, 12pt font, double spaced. Mine, handwritten, medium-big handwriting, single spaced, is about a page and a half with my intro, 2 paragraphs on entertainment, and 1 paragraph on religion. I'm not really sure what would be included in culture. I don't think I just write about everything in Italy-- or do I? Pretty much, if you were doing a countries culture, what would be paragraph topics? I hope you get what I mean, sorry if you don't. Thanks in advance!!

You could inclue their foods, their clothing, & holiday traditions. That is part of culture! Have fun writing an essay!

Yes porn can give you viruses. If you have a virus protector then you probablly wouldn't get so many.

Ok this could be long! I am in 8th grade and last year there was a kid in my class. EvEryone made fun of him and he was bipolar and had some mental problems. Well, yesterday 11/3. He attempted suicude for the second time. He jumped from the bak of a moving school bus and he is now in acoma. He broke his arm and probably his bak and neck too. He isn't dead though. ThEre was BLooD everywhere. The first time he tried to stab himself with scissors. I feel really bad because I was one to make fun of him. How can i make myself not feel so bad? When things go wrong, people then relize what they did. You know it's wrong to make fun of people, but when you see other people doing it you might as well, and everyone does it. If you apologized to this guy then you would feel better. You know that he didn't do this because of you and I'm sure that you didn't really mean it all. Just remember that this is not your fault and don't give yourself the blame. Atleast now you know that you shouldn't be mean anymore.

I think that you might have that AIM virus that has been going around. If not that, then something is wrong with it. Delete it and then re-instal it.
