Ok my brother is teaching me some martial arts. My main probleam is flexability, right now he is on vacation then he will be in a police academy six months, i want to practice my stretching increase my flexability. im having trouble finding good stretches. so if you could give me a link that has stretches and instructions i would appreciate it and any tips would be good (link)

try doing yoga..it's great for flexibility...yoga and pilates will get you in the shape that you want to be...just look on youtube for yoga or pilates videos or get a dvd from your local blockbuster (yes they usually have them)...you can also buy them cheap or do some at a local gym...i think that will really give you the results you want.

you know that ashlee simpson song? i sadly can actually relate to it. my big sister is pretty much perfect-straight a's, varsity captain for soccer, charity work, sca president-you name it-she does it. i reallly try to make myself better but im just not that atheletic and math is just so hard for me. i feel like i cant do anythingright compared with her. how do i get out of this? i cant keep living like im a second class citizen. go to ticketmaster.com they should have the tickets...idk where you guys have been looking but only major bands cost that much and by major i'm talking like the rolling stones, the police etc. bands like that...so check out ticketmaster

wear a panty liner instead of a pad...also try a different brand of tampon...I OB...I like them a lot more...I've tried other brands and found that OB works best for me...so thats my recommendation...but if you don't want to switch wear panty liners instead of pads...you said yourself it doesn't leak a lot.

My mom just won four tickets to anywhere in the world basically. But we're not sure where to go. I want to get out of the u.s, so nowhere in the u.s. I was thinking Germany, somewhere in Europe, Australia, or England. Where are some cool places in those areas or what are some other cool places to go? I think the tickets are for a week or so, and we can go to one place for a few days, and then fly to another place, as long as its in that week or whatever it is. So what would be a really cool vacation? I dont really like beaches, so i dont want a place where i would just sit on the beach all day. I want to be out and doing really cool, memerable things. This is kind of a once in a lifetime thing for us, so i want it to be something i will neverrrr forget=].

Germany and Austria are beautiful and amazing...the people are great and really friendly...I think you'd have a lot of fun there...and there are tons of stuff to do in the Alps...it's a trip you wont forget..I also suggest Edinburgh, Scotland...I've been there and I've never felt so welcome before...everyone was really wonderful and the city was beyond incredible...Ireland is beautiful too if you want to see some amazing country sides...it's a great place to visit...London is great but right around now it's getting into rainy season (heck it's always rainy season in London) so it might rain while your there and thats never fun...plus its absolutely swarming with tourists right now. Try places off the beaten path or places that sound really interesting...not just touristy places like London or Paris...try Prague...I went through there...I didn't stay long but it was a great city or maybe Naples and Florence, Italy are really lovely too...I think you'd have a lot of fun in those places...

nope...they aren't even sure if they are doing a hsm 3 yet...it's been listed on IMDB but its still really just in talks...depending upon full reaction to hsm 2...and even then they don't hold open auditions...the cast from this one...dancers and all is the exact same as the last one...they didn't hold auditions for this one so I highly doubt they'll hold auditions for the next one if there is one. The only open parts will most likely be adult roles for other parents, teachers, ect.

you put the white one on first...I use the same stuff...and double performance cell defense and skin perfecting serum are for older people with wrinkles, aging spots, crows feet...stuff like that...you usually use it after you wash your face before you go to bed.

I took this vagisil test to see if I have any infections and it came back that I dont.And I have had taken yeast infection medicine and I still have this weird smelling discharge and sometimes its lyke clear and not weird smelling but then other times its not clear but not lyke white white.Does anyone know what this is>??? it's perfectly normal...its just discharge...there's no need to worry about it...most women get it before their period...just wear a panty liner.

it depends upon where you get it...you can usually tell the difference by the stitching...it's usually got a different stitching and it's not done as well...sometimes the stitching will start to come out a little...thats the usually determining thing..also they cost a whole lot less
a regular Chanel bag will cost you anywhere between 500-2500 dollars depending upon what you want...my dad got me one for my birthday last year and I love it...mine was 1500 but they do have some cheaper ones...but if its out of your price range completely get a wallet or something if you really just want something Chanel thats real...the wallets are around 100-150 dollars..but some knock offs are really good and will pass for real...just check the stitching.

the clearasil advantage spot treatment works great...just make sure that you wash your face first with a really mild soap...nothing scented...and then use it...you'll see results quickly...if you don't have time to go out and get it...toothpaste is still the best home remedy there is...mix it with a little drop of lemon juice and try that...it wont work as well but it will work.

well there isn't really much of a strategy...I got one of the SAT books and I did about 30 minutes of math and 20 minutes of english and composition each day...but I needed more help in math...I started about 2 months in advanced...if you need more help in english do 30 minutes of one and 20 minutes of the other...and if you want to do extra studying take a break and study some more...it's all based on your personal study techniques and what works for you. as for the test...eat breakfast that morning...and suck on mints through the test (peppermint stimulates brain activity...cinnamon reduces brain activity) and relax...remember that you can re-take it if you want.

ok first of all...that toothbrush thing makes your lips dryer...what you need is a lip balm with an exfoliant...I believe ChapStick makes one..it has these little beads that exfoliate the skin on your lips...you wont see instant results but given time it will work...if you don't like that then try getting a medicated lip balm...it'll burn and tingle for a little bit but works great too.
