Ok my brother is teaching me some martial arts. My main probleam is flexability, right now he is on vacation then he will be in a police academy six months, i want to practice my stretching increase my flexability. im having trouble finding good stretches. so if you could give me a link that has stretches and instructions i would appreciate it and any tips would be good
superstarblue89 answered Friday August 17 2007, 6:16 pm: try doing yoga..it's great for flexibility...yoga and pilates will get you in the shape that you want to be...just look on youtube for yoga or pilates videos or get a dvd from your local blockbuster (yes they usually have them)...you can also buy them cheap or do some at a local gym...i think that will really give you the results you want.
