tampons
ive been using tampons for awhile and i love them...but they ALWAYS leak, not a lot but still. so i have to wear a pad too. i use playtex gentle glide super. advice please? thank youu

well..i think you should actually stop using the tampons...and just use pads..if you didnt know...some people can get toxic shock from keeping a tampon in too long...if you have any more questions go here...a great website for advice and more [[for girls]] [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

well there not always going to hold.
try using panty liners as well there smaller and there not as annoying as the hige pads lol.
p.s its nothing to worry about if its leaking, it just means your a girl.

wear a panty liner instead of a pad...also try a different brand of tampon...I OB...I like them a lot more...I've tried other brands and found that OB works best for me...so thats my recommendation...but if you don't want to switch wear panty liners instead of pads...you said yourself it doesn't leak a lot.
