You can draw that conclusion yourself. Why aren't you sleeping? If your insomnia is connected to paranoia, take some sleeping pills. The only way they are connected is if you are too paranoid of the things going on in the outside that you can't sleep. And taking the pills will basically leave you no choice.
You just need to get over it and realize that even if you are awake and ready, theres still probably nothing you can do about the problem anyway.
So just go to sleep knowing that its all going to happen anyway.

It doesn't take a whole hell of a lot of effort to pick up a phone and dial someones number. If it helps you to sleep at night to think that the guy didn't call you because hes lazy, then by all means continue thinking about that. But generally its because men like to talk about significant things, and they don't like to take a lot of time doing so. You will very rarely hear of a man having this kind of conversation.

Tell her you quit. I'd think that after about 5 years you have most of the general idea of playing piano, and that after all that time you can pretty much only improve through practice. If you don't want to play - then don't play.

I don't know if anyone on here is gonna know anything about writing music but I was wondering if anyone has any tips on writing music with guitar. I can write lyrics but not music. I've tried writing some music but it usualy ends up very badly. So any tips? (link)

I recommend just spending awhile just playing other peoples music and singing their stuff. There are a lot of websites that you can get chord progressions off of for free. You can get a feel for playing while you sing, then after you get a hang of it start just experimenting by singing and playing the open chords (mix it up with barre once you get a bit better at picking the chords)
If you want further advice you can always talk to me on AIM, which is TheyDiedPretty or you can consult MFS, who answered the question first.
I've seen a few responses from MFS and it seems as if he knows his musical stuff so i'd suggest you go to him before myself, however if you want another persons opinion feel free to talk to me.

Yes there is, there are many ways to get music, but they are immoral, illegal, and anyone that does do them has no reason to - because they obviously don't care about the artists that they are listening to.
Pay the money, listen to the music. If you people stop paying, they stop making. And only the selfless people will continue to make music, which means that most current music is dead.
And then Bob Weir will be one of the only people still playing music.
I don't have much of a problem with that, but then again, I buy my music, and I don't listen to much for current music anyway.
