Not much to say today. I only know I should be getting to bed because it's late. Oh snap. Here comes another calender day.

I have a question regarding my ex-boyfriend...we broke up in December of 2001 abruptly after a horrendous visit to meet his parents (it was all just bad timing) he broke up with me because he felt our disagreements during our visit made a bad impression, thus he broke up with me on the plane...it was all very quick. We had only a very passionate 7 months together mind you. Yet, we had this awkward year and half afterward of not being together yet still feeling so much and having a sexual relationship. I really stopped being close with him around April of 2003. I graduated that year and have since moved. He has been emailing me every so often wanting to know what is up with me and how my life is. He is the type to always have a motive in doing something...why is he bothering?! Yet, most of me is over him..I am curious..and still heart broken. Should I avoid anything really personal when emailing..I dont want him to hurt me again, yet sometimes I wonder about the possibility...I am 24 female he is 23.

The boy you went to the dance with is a womaniser. Forget him, you don't need a guy like that. Go out with the guy that actually wants you. Just give him a chance, he could be better than the other guy. Emotions aren't easy to get rid of, you know.

She has the right to take him away...it is her boyfriend now. As much as it hurts, just let him go. With her. they are both happy, right? Did she like him when you two were together? If so...then that's how she probably felt. It's her turn with him.

And about the pill...I hate pills :(. Doesn't it say somewhere on the back or side of the box thing? Try looking it up on google...type in the name of the pill thing. It should say on the website. If that still doesn't work, go and ask your doctor...it really depends on what kind of pill it is.

It's all about how much he can handle her. You know some people annoy you, or some things that a person does, and if he thinks and feels that he can't handle her, or maybe doesn't have feelings for her anymore, why fake it? There are a lot of other men in the world, she can find another one. Bedside, it was just a boyfriend. Not the love of her life, or else they could of still been together, no matter what.

It feels squishy down south when it happens. You might not notice it aat first...it took me a few periods to finally feel the difference.
It's a bit annoying...if you think about it too much, you'll find yourself in the girls room looking at your behind to see if there is a red spot. Unless you have dark pants. I use always...and it works. But you hvae to change your pad in the middle of the day. After the first three days, for me at least, less of it comes out.
It used to hurt AFTER I had my period. But there are pills so that the pain will disapper. I only took them for a few days (I'm not great at swallowing pills), and since then I have been pain free.
But it is different for every girl.

No. Not me...at first, it hurt after my period was over. As if someone punched me on the stomach or something. I can't remember because I took pills so it wouldn't hurt. Since then...I am free from (that) pain!!!

Eat whatever you want. Exercise for five minutes a day...a slow start.
Let a week go by, eat better diets, exercise a bit more. Challenge yourself.
Let a week pass, and don't eat after 8PM.
And always have a buddy rooting by your side.

People won't know someone is having their period unless they tell them they are, or someone is just spreading the word. So really, you can't tell.

I disagree. You could be 16 and he could be 30...and it can still work out. People don't know it, but it's true. But you do have to watch out if that is a case someday. As long as you to know and love eachother deeply, then it's all fine.
