I have an important event I have to attend tomorrow night. My hair is very curly, but I straighten it often. I have VERY short layers, but my hair comes down to my chest. How can I get my hair SUPER straight? Like, what can I do to make everything straight and withstand a night of cold blowing winds?
I think what you should do is get a shower, then let it air dry a little bit, then blow dry it. After that, use a hair straightener (if you don't have one you could get a cheap one at Target or Walmart, or if you have a little bit of extra money you could go to a specialty beatuy products shop and get an expensive but better one: I have a CHI hair straightener and it works REALLY well.) my hair length is kinda long. it ends at the middle of my back. it gets knotty and never stays smooth. my friend sam has hair up to her shoulders. i like sam's hair because it always stays smooth and looks really nice but she can't but it into a ponytail because its too short.

You could get it cut if you want to. If you really like pony tails, then you don't have to get it all the way up to your shoulders. Maybe like three inches below your shoulders would be good- thats where mine is and I can get it up into a ponytail. As for making your hair smooth try using a hair straightener. Even if your hair is kinda straight, a hair straightener will definitely smooth it out. Hope this helped!

what's roleplay?
Roleplay is like when you pretend to be someone other than who you actually are. A lot of online roleplays are out there lately. Some are for like Harry Potter and High School Musical. People just pick a character they want to be, then use a site like xanga or myspace and make a webpage pretending to be a character from something else (ex. Harry from Harry Potter, or Sharpay from HSM)
I have this friend.She is a really great person to be around but sometimes she hits me for no reason.She pulls my hair and i yell at her and tell her to stop but she keeps on doing it anyways.What should i do?I already talked to her about it.
This is really bad. My sister had this same situation with her friend, where her friend pinched her really hard. My mom noticed bruises and said that if it didn't stop, she would call the police. So what my sister did was just pinch her friend back really hard once after her friend did it. Her friend was mad at her for a while, but then she never did it again! If that doesn't work, you definitely need to talk to your mom about it.

hey I'm Jackie, I'm 15. My question is that this weekend I was invited to go iceskating with my twin sister, her boyfriend Nick, and this really cute kid Eric, and this boy matt might be there too. The problem is that I was also invited to hang out with my group of good guy friends, I'm not sure, but there could be between 2 and 5 guys there. So I'm not sure if I want to go with my sister and flirt with one Eric, who may not flirt back, and may be only with Matt. Or go hang out with my 2-5 guy friends who I would be the center of attention with. Which do you think?

It's absolutely fine. You should pick people to date because you like them and enjoy their company, not because they are the same color of skin as you. so if you like a person, you can go out with them no matter what color they are =]

I have very frizzy hair too. The way I deal with it is straightening it. It gets most of the frizzies out. Still, you need to have a good straightener or it won't work as well. The one I use is a Chi hair straightener. They are kinda expensive, but it's worth it. For a bunch of hair straighteners, you can go to this site:

Well you could try taking some classes at a local community college. Take them in different subjects that interest you. Also, if you have your heart set on something, make sure you are actually good at it. Like if you want to be a lawyer, are you good talking to large groups of people? And if you want to be a fashion designer you obviously need to know how to sew and things. For the website, I don't know if this will help at all but you can try it

Hey does anyone know if ddr (dance dance revolution) is just for Play station/Xbox? like is it for gamecube or any others? And is their any type of DDR that you can just buy and hook up as like a game on a DVD cuz I only have gamecube and last time i checked it wasnt for gamecube and i dont want to buy a playstation! DDR is just for Playstation I think. Still, there are a lot of knock off DDR games that you can buy for Gamecube. Also, DDR made a DDR game exclusively for Gamecube called DDR Mario Mix. It's a collection of songs from various Mario games. I have it and I think its really fun. It has a story mode that is regular Mario game mode and that is how you win new songs. Hope I helped!

15/f. okay this might seem weird but it is really bothering me. well i'm missing a tooth right next to my front teeth because an adult tooth was never there. i currently have braces and my orthodontist attached a fake tooth onto my braces to fill the gap. the fake tooth looks fine but here is my problem. i'm getting my braces off on December 28, and my orthodontist told me that they will attached the fake tooth that was on my braces onto my retainer. that is great for school and add but what happens at lunch? i'm going to have to take my retainer out to eat and then i won't have a tooth there! it looks so stupid and weird without the tooth! what can i do?
i'm going to get a permanent fake tooth at the oral surgeon put in but i can't get that done until i'm 16 and i'm only 15. so i'm going to have to live with just a tooth attached to my retainer for a couple of monthes.
i'm so stressed out about this! thanks for any advice.

If you want to hide it, at lunch you could just eat things that you don't have to open your mouth so far to eat: yogurt, applesauce, etc. But then you wouldn't really be able to talk, either, and that wouldn't be so fun...
I think that if it were me, I would just let the people at my lunch table at school know whats going on. Theres nothing really wrong with you; all that happened is that a tooth never grew where it was supposed to. It's stupid to make fun of a person for something they can't help, so if they act dumb, don't worry because they aren't worth it.

My Heartbeat by Garret Freymann-Weyr is a fiction story about a girl dealing with the possibility of her brother being a homosexual. It's funny and entertaining, but still makes you think, so its a really good story. I liked it =]

One book that I read is called Phineas Gage. It was kind of a weird but cool story about this guy and how an accident that happened to him changed brain science. It was pretty sweet =]

No one's period is ever exactly on the schedule. Also, two years isn't really all that long. It takes a long time for your period to settle into a normal cycle. If it doesn't come back for a really long time, you might want to see your doctor, but since its only been two months, I wouldn't worry about it right now =]
