this is very wierd and stupid.. but when you put on a condom and then you have sex, do you hold onto the condom while its on the penis? or you just leave it alone? because i dont want the condom to get into my vagina..

Yes, leave it alone. When you have sex the penis is suposse to go in the vagina. You will save a very big risk for getting pregnant - wearing a condom. Or giving oral, you should have the guy wear a condom. Because believe it or not you can get an STD or another sexual disease w|out one. Hope this helps. ♥

hey, lately ive been have a lot of drainage. like too much if you ask me. ive already started my period a long time ago, so thats not why ive been having a lot. like its to the point where i can feel it coming out of my vagina area and like i have to change thongs frequently. does anyone know why this is happening?

You should really go to a gynocologist. You might just have extra build up and it`s leaking out. Don`t wear thongs often and wear regular underwear with a panliner. Or if you wear the thicker thongs they have thong pantiliners. If your on a medication it can sometimes cause that. I suggest tell a parent and get a appointment at a gynocologist. Ok i always try to stay fit but i never can stick to. Heres my questions
1) When is the best time a day to go jogging. ( and since its summer usally i wake up at noon)
2)how do i curve the craveings
3)im 13/f how many crunches should i do and when?
4) other things to help me stay healthy and fit?

Try to not go jogging from 12-4 in the afternoon because that is when it`s the hottest time of the day. Jog right before sunset and make sure you keep yourself hydrated. Curving those craveings is hard because when people go on diets and want to cut down on junk food that`s what keeps them from doing it. Snacking on fruit is a good way to help your stomach feel full and quench your hunger. Drink lots of water too. :] For crunches, do them when you wake up and before you go to bed. Start out by doing 20-30 crunches then after awhile start adding more to it. Just don`t overdo it. Some other excersizes: Swimming is great because you enjoy it and it helps you work out, walk up and down stairs a couple times a day (if you have them), & maybe possibly get a membership to a gym. :] Good luck. ♥

Your dad should understand you are going through puberty and need stuff. It`s not like they're illegal just tell him you would like to go to walmart or someother place to get your "girl products". Trust me he will feel wierd about it but if you need them then ask. ♥

Okay so i`m in the eiqhth qrade &+ i like this quy whos a senior. hes seventeen &+ im thirteen. It seems like a huqe difference but aqe is just a number if you ask me. Ok I need some advice. I really want to shave my hair "down there" because it bothers me to wear bikinis and stuff. I don't think my mom wants me to but I know she wont get mad if I do. It will grow back after 2-3 days and it shouldn`t be painful if you don`t cut yourself. Just use conditioner or shaving cream and shave the opposite way your hair grows in. Alot of people shave down there these days and your mom shouldn`t get mad because it`s your body and you want to feel comfortable with it. If you don`t want to shave you could always trim it with sissors. Hope this helps. ♥

If he loves you alot you have to let yourself no he won`t leave you for another girl. It will take time for you to get over your jealousy. Trust is a very important thing in a relationship and you really have to trust him. Talk to him about it, and tell him you would like if he didn`t talk to as many girls or hang out with them. Depending on the situation if you got your heart broken it needs to be fixed and you can only wait over time. If you feel like it - try dating different guys or hang out with guys. Well, I have these two friends [lets call them...Anna and Sue] Well, They claim to be Best Friends but they NEVER hang out and always get in fights, and they dont know anything about eachother!

Jealousy is probally in the middle of your relationships. Try getting both of them to hang out at your house, or somewhere else & get them to talk to eachother. I have no arm pit hair but my mom says that it may not come till after I start anyway. The only way you can tell your going to get your period is if you show the common symptoms. It sounds like your gonna get it soon. Usually girls can get their period as young as 8 years old to 16 years old. I wouldn`t worry much about itjust make sure you wear a panitliner incase you get it. :] ♥
