soo my name is Katy and I live in texas
I love your site, super cute! so I have a question...

so Im not the skinnest person...My stomach has some baby fat still but its going away! the real promblem is my legs...they are really really BIG...my thehes (s/p) and alot of it is muscle, Like I was bulit strong...

but with summer coming and all I want to wear a bikini! and like Im strating to work out 3 times a week cuz I have basketball twice otherwise until my other sports strat...
is there anyway I can stop eating junkies? I mean i LOVE junk food! and even if I eat all helthies its still alot of food.. is that okay? eating alot of healthies?

Ya.. it is hard to keep off the junk food ! all you need to do is make a contract with yourself. Make a chart for what snacks you're going to eat each day (and how many) and how much exercise you will be doing.

TIP: also go by the hunger scale. if you are not hungry but craving some junk food do something to get your mind off of it. if youre a little hungry grab a healthy snack like carrots or an apple or grapes. is you are truly hungry eat a well balanced meal. just ask yourself when youre craving junk food whether or not youre really hungry or just having a craving. it will take off extra weight that you dont need. and btw, a little junk food once in a while is okay!!

well I do excrises where I can look at my back and I saw I have hairs on my back! like brown hairs cuz im a burnnette but still! ewww! so I dont know what to do...I mean I cant reach them and with summer coming up and all! how do I covor them up? I cant reach my back...and I dont wanna wax!!! or pluck...well I can reach soo...any tips??

Well since youre not a canadite for shaving or waxing etc. you might just wanna find a bathing suit that covers it. but if you like bikinis that probably wont work so dont even worry about it. if youre going to be wearing a bathing suit you;ll be in the water or tanning anyways.

def. dont avoid him, because you like him so it wouldnt do you any good..so i recommend acting the same. if the same is miss flirty then i would stay away from that since you mentioned his gf was one of your good friends. this might seem hard, but just wait awhile until theyre not going out any more. when that comes feel free to flirt and drop hints.. i mean he is free!!

thats okay! you dont have to be a supermodel to pull off bathing suits..just get a suit that is your fit and compliments your body in a good way!
if you think you're not the skinniest person then dont get a bikini that will show you off.
really though, dont worry about it. you'll be having so much fun you wont even think about it! [trust me the carribean is a blast]

aww! you cant really say theyre not interested..because there is no way of knowing. they could be totally into you & not tell you, but for your question just dont really worry about it. having a girlfriend is not the most important thing even though it might seem like it. just be yourself and the you will def. attract the right girl for you. but it might help a little if you liked someone that you flirt with them and give them hints to break the "dry spell"

if he asked you out there is a huge change he likes you, unless he did it just to go out with you. again, you cant make him like you but just be yourself. tell him that you would like to get hugs or for him to talk you and if youre too shy then have a friend hint it out just give him hugs yourself. you guys just seem a little awkward which is normal for a beginning couple.

ok so i know deoderant helps keep you to like not stink while sweating, but i sweat alot, but i don't smell cuz i put on the deoderant. But the problem is i sweat a whollllllleeeee lot. please how can i fix that? it makes me uncomfortable and ruins my outfits and makes me self concious. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME thank you!

well heres the problem. deoderants help the smell of sweat and antipersperants help make you not sweat at all. maybe what you are buying is just deoderant so next time you buy something get the kind that has deoderant AND antipersperant. that will make a huge difference. other than that, try not to wear too many layers, dont over do the whole workout thing, and when you take a shower wash under you arms extra nicely because maybe all of that sweat and bacteria is clogging those sweat pores.

ooh how cool! i think you should get your friend something hand-made but nothing too hand-made because she might not enjoy it as much =) you know what i mean. anyways, you should take a picture of you guys and then put it in one of those frames you can design yourself (at craft stores). decorate the frame with glitter, stickers, whatever. also get her maybe some make-up or a scarf..something good but not too big! hope i helped have fun!

i would say def. big sunglasses. if you've looked at magazines or tv lately then thats probably what you'd see. celebs like paris hilton, nicole richie, LiLo, and many others are rockin that look. mostly brown or black, but i just love em i think they're all cute!!

I was searching through some xangas and I came across this girl that I'm not too fond of. I stopped to look at all the pictures she had thinking it might be pretty funny. I found multiple pictures of this girl, with my boyfriend on his bed. Nothing sexual, I think, but the fact I'M not even allowed in his room let alone his BED kinda ticked me off. Am I wrong to be upset that he had a girl that EVERYONE knows is basically a slut on his bed with him?

no you are toteli not wrong! i would go up to your bf and just ask him what that was all about. dont make it too big of a scene because you know nothing wasgoing on (or atleast ask). BOTTOM LINE: you have every right to be mad...but i would just ask whats up!

so my best friends are throwing a christmas/new years/my birthday party and we need good ideas on food/games/and everything else that has to do with parties.

we are all 14/15 and there are guys and chicks going. thanks a whole lot!!

Thats similar to what one of my friends are doing..so i am gonna steal some of her ideas =)!

wahtever party it is i think it is a given to have pizza. pizza always works. besides that, you can have cupcakes (stores have them specailly made for christmas, new years, etc. boxed or bought!) .

for games and activites, dance is a must-have. its a lot of fun so just have music going whether or not you expect everyone to dance. another good activity would be watching holiday themed movies, secret santa, decoriting photo frames && taking pictures ... hmm thats all i got for now!

decorations : have balloons (color theme appropriate with party theme) , christmas (trees), hannakah...etc., just fun stuff!
