soo my name is Katy and I live in texas
I love your site, super cute! so I have a question...
so Im not the skinnest person...My stomach has some baby fat still but its going away! the real promblem is my legs...they are really really BIG...my thehes (s/p) and alot of it is muscle, Like I was bulit strong...
but with summer coming and all I want to wear a bikini! and like Im strating to work out 3 times a week cuz I have basketball twice otherwise until my other sports strat...
is there anyway I can stop eating junkies? I mean i LOVE junk food! and even if I eat all helthies its still alot of food.. is that okay? eating alot of healthies?

Ya.. it is hard to keep off the junk food ! all you need to do is make a contract with yourself. Make a chart for what snacks you're going to eat each day (and how many) and how much exercise you will be doing.
TIP: also go by the hunger scale. if you are not hungry but craving some junk food do something to get your mind off of it. if youre a little hungry grab a healthy snack like carrots or an apple or grapes. is you are truly hungry eat a well balanced meal. just ask yourself when youre craving junk food whether or not youre really hungry or just having a craving. it will take off extra weight that you dont need. and btw, a little junk food once in a while is okay!!
