okay so im not sure if this will help you at all..but i figured its better than nothing..right?
alright so i am a girl and i do shave there..and i use this stuff called bikinizone. it takes away the red bumps..and itchyness. Now i know the chances of you going out and buying that for yourself is probably slim-to-none. so i would just try putting lotion or something that will moisturize on it. that way its not so dry. and they could possibly go away. i hope this helped!

it might sound silly..but honestly it works. I have huge calf muscles and thats where i get it from, i've been playing it for quite some time now..so you could always try enrolling on a club team. I have people that are so amazed by my calf size they have me flex so other people can see it too. In a way i find it embarrassing..yet kinda cool. anyways i hoped this helped!

i've always had pretty bad skin, not like SEVERE acne, but acne nonetheless. i've had a bad breakout on my forehead since 5th grade (5 years), like even before i hit puberty. now it's still on my forehead, my nose, my upper lip, and my chin. again, it's not HORRIBLE but it's... it's definitely there and it's pretty obvious. nothing i do seems to do anything; i HAVE tried proactive, noxema, clearasil, neutrogena three step, and a HOST of other products. though it sometimes fades a bit, it ALWAYS comes back and never goes away enough for me to think that any of those products helped enough.
my mother theorized that i might have a hormone problem?
any ideas/advice/stories from anyone who can relate? what should i do/look out for?

Honestly the best thing for you to do is go to a dermatologist. nobody knows better than them. They will check out your skin condition and prescribe medicine for what best fits your need. I would also suggest possibly doing an acne facial. Although they are a tad expensive (about $65 per facial) They do help your skin improve. i get one about every month or every other and it helps alot! but you will not see MUCH of a difference after the first time. I can definitely relate with the whole fifth grade thing. I would get it along my chin, and once i had a huge one..people asked me what it was..i would just say it was a bug bite..haha totally wasnt!! anyways i hope this helped. and if you have any other questions for me i'd be happy to help! =)

When I was 3, I had really long hair with ringlets and I got my hands on scissors.. and cut all my ringlets off. So I basically lost all my curls. My hair still has a wave to it and for the past few years, I had cut my hair short. So now that my hair is hitting my boobs, my ends are curling up .. But the problem is, it's curling up into knots!
HELP?!
I don't like straightening my hair, it's too dry and I'm trying to give my hair a break.
But I really dont like combing out the mess because it makes me hair look really damaged and frizzy.

If i were you i would try puttin gin leave in condition when your hair is wet, that way its not too dry, and you cna do more things with your hair.
also, if you havent already, try only brushing your hair when its wet, so that way you dont get a huge mess when you comb it dry.
If your worried about frizz try "frizz remedy" I use it and i have frizzy curls and it works great! i found it at a local walmart but im sure htey also sell it at some drug stores.

Well im on my schools volleyball team and we all wear thongs. They show no panty lines, they come in many diffrent adorable styles, and you dont have to worry about wedgies!!sure they seem like they hurt but they really dont its just a little awkward when you first start wearing them.
Also, some people dont like wearing thongs when they're on their period. so tehy wear the seamless type of underwear.

Just be yourself. guys dont't really care much about anything. so if you say something weird or something they wont really care. I do reccommend not being dramatic. guys hate drama.! adn usually girls whos friends are mostly guys hate drama too.
but as for approaching and starting a conversation...you shoul just be like hey guys wahts goin on..&/or im _________. also it helps if your friends with girls who are friends with guys. just start hanging around withtheir "possy" and you'll natraully become friends with them. and those guys have friends so there ya go...you really cant loose. good luck and i hope you make more friends!

Well for the longest time i would try all these deffrent types of face wash and it really didnt get rid of my acne. so i went to a dermatologist. and they prescribed me stuff.
so i would reccommend going to the dermatologist. and seeing what works for YOUR face.
the only problem i had with going ot the dermatologist is that one of the medications she prescribed me was $480!! luckily my insurance shaved off $360 but it was still quite pricy.
dermatologist prescribe diffrent things like face wash, cream to apply ro your acne, and even antibiotics to also help reduce acne and inflamation.
but other than going ot the dermatologist i would reccommend proactiv. its not too pricy compared to other products. and it works great, my sis and friends use it. :]

well i was going to suggest babysitting, becasue i have made some srious bucks form it...the most i've made is sixty, but it seems like your not up to it and are looking for other ways to make money.
If I were you i would try doing chores around the house for money. or even rake leaves in the neighbors yard. or maybe making like bracelets or baking cookies and selling them to neighbors, friends, anyone.!

I've had a similar problem to this before. for my birthday i took a few of my friends to a waterpark as my party. When we got to the park i discovered that i got my period. and this was the first time ever having my period. i was scared, nervous...ect. but my mom went and bought me tampons. they hurt so bad but the reason they hurt was becasue i didnt put them in all the way...it still worked, it just hurt.
so im thinking that the reason it hurts to wear a tampon is becasue you are not putting it in correctly or not in all the way. they are actually very comfortable when properly used. You could always ask your mom or sister if you have a sister for help. if need be.
However; If you do not want to wear a tampon i would just come ot the party a few minutes late & say taht your going somewhere after the party and your mom doesnt want you wet. that way you can still enjoy the time with your friends. and if these guys ahve any respect they would leave you alone.

Well i am 14 almost 15 and i asked my mom for a myspace about 7 months ago. She was the same way. I told her it was a great way to stay in touch with friends that are moving or that i met at camp. She laid down rules that i have to follow and if i dont follow them then my mypsace gets taken away.
the rules were...
1. no talking to people you don't know
2. keeping it set to private
3. not saying what city you live in
4. not a exact picture of myself. [[as in i can i have a picture of myself but it cant show all my features. so i use photoshop on my pics.]]
5. no talking bad aobut teachers and or cussing on myspace.
I also had one of my best friends come to my house and show my parents her myspace site to get them to actually see what the site was like and not just what it says on the news.

well i have some period problems
first- on i bleed way too much i have to use an overnight pad every hour on the first three days of this tragic affair
second- i have really bad cramps i no u will say take some medication but i have and i think the pill are not working as strong anymore
third- if i have my period at school i totally cant function it is not even funny I'm tired and I'm always hungry and i curse at people (which i don't usually do)
now my question is... are these normal and is there anyway i can stop or minimize these symptoms
i have heard of birth control pills that will shorten the length of a period just that I'm only 14 years old and i think i'm too young for that
but the symptoms are so serious i'm on the verge of going home every time i get my period during the school week i have already gone home 3 times because of my period symptoms

Well there is no "normal" period. every girls period is diffrent. If I were you i would go see a doctor see if there is any medication you can take.
I know Birth Control DOES help. But its up to you and your parents to decide to use it or not.
As for your terrible days at school...
I would sugest wearing a tampon (super or regular) and a overnight pad. That way you dont have to be making a trip to the bathroom during every class. you can just let the tampon fill and let the blood work its way down to the pad. now I DO NOT suggest you leave the tampon on the whole day or anything. but at least you will be able to spend less time worrying aobut your period.

I shaved my bikini line a few days ago and now there are red bumps everywhere!! I've shaved my bikini line once during spring break, but other than that this would be my second time doing it. What can I do to make the bumps go away (there is also pain because my skin rubs together when i walk) So far I am putting lots of lotion on it as much as possible.
any other ways to make them go away faster???

I have that problem too. When i shave my bikini area i usually get bumps and itchy skin. my mom went and bought me bikini zone. It works great it feels smoother and in a matter of time the bumps are either gone or almost gone. and the ithcing has stoped. All you do is you apply it over the effected area. Just becareful wheny ou open the tube becasue sometimes it spills out to fast.

What would you say is the best razor? I have both the Shick Intuition and the Venus Breeze. I want a razor (or good dipilatory) that will keep me smooth for a long time on my legs, bikini area, and underarms. Currently my leg hair grows back with in like 9 hours because i shave before i go to bed but when i wake up they are slightly stubbly. (link)

Well personally i wouldnt reccommened shick intuition because the soap around the balde doesnt last very long.
Venus baldes last for a long while but dont give a great "close chave".
If you are gunna shave your bikini area then i reccommend bikini zone. To keep it from irritation bumps, and it keeps the hair away a little longer than a blade alone. all you do is but it on immidiately after you shave, when your dry.
as for legs-I would reccommened carefree hari removeal. It keeps your legs sleek with no hair for almost a week. its very good i've used it during the week when i have to study for tests and go to swim practice because i just dont ahve the time to shave. so deffinitly thing about the care free stuff.
