Q: whats the easiest way to toning your arms i have flabby arms but im a skinny peron so it makes me look kind of fat i really need to look good with thin arms in 1 motnh or ASAP can you help me pleaaaaeeee? i beg you

toning your arms is pretty easy, go to the kitchen get a couple of soup cans and constantly carry them around all day but not with your arms hanging down at your sides.

when you're sitting, slowly lift and lower the cans over and over in a constant repetitive motion.

then several times during the day raise and lower your arms over your head(with the soup cans) and also hold the soup cans out in front of you straight, till you can hold them up any longer(2 times a day)

do not put them down, carry them from when you wake up till you go to bed.

Q: first thing. me and by boyfriend are 13. (in 5 days i will be 14)

ok, ive been going out with someone for 10 months. I really love him. (hes my first boyfriend, and he's had other girlfriends) He had some kind of cancer (ok, i know im not the best girlfriend b/c idk what it was.) and his parents are divorced. his mom is married again and has 3 kids... my boyfriend sometimes acts really immature because hes used to hanging around his brother and sisters (ages 4-7). but other times he acts really mature. when i want him to act mature hes not!

Sorry to say , but there is not a whole lot you can do about this. As a general rule, girls mature faster than boys so if you like him you may have to wait for him to catch up to your level, or maybe go find a boy who is ready to hold your hand and talk to you on the phone.

i'm not an expert, but I've been led to believe that the "hymen" can be attached at 2 to 3 separate points and when those points are broken is where the bleeding comes from. So it would depend on how many of those points have been "broken' and whether the hymen is still attached in there or not.

i am 1 1/2 weeks late in my period... i am normally not late... i have always been a very paranoid and stressed person when it comes to pregnancy...my stomach has been feeling sick lately and i have going pee an awful lots of times a day compared to how much i normally go.. now i dont know if me peeing a lot and being late are leading to the same thing(im pregnant) or do you think it is all in my head... i have been known to over think things.. such as for example .. sometimes i get so stressed and paranoid that i might be pregnant, my body gets stressed also and i amthe cause of me being late... im not sure if this is the same because it has been 1 1/2weeks and i think that is kind of a long time... do you think this is all in my mind? the peeing all the time, and my stomach hurting??

do you wake up with stomach pain? Do your breasts hurt? Have you had unprotected sex?. get a pregnancy test and stop stressing. likely your just late and your stress is making it worse. If you're having unprotected sex, STOP IT.

have the school nurse check you for scoliosis(they should have done it already) it takes two seconds then you dont have to worry. For issues like this self examination isn't very effective, get a friend or family member to see if this is real or just in your head.

My friends tell me all the time that i "suck at picking guys" cause of the way they treat me.

Here are the facts you need: Guy no. 1 let's call him "D" and he's almost a year younger than i am. and he's been liking me for a while. and he still does. my friends like him, but they don't know him.. they js think hes sweet & my sister thinks he's adorable .. maybe because she's good friend's with his older brother.. O.o

Guy no. 2, let's call him "A", he's my boyfriend, and he's one year older than i am. he's smart in life & school and stuff.. but he's not so smart in love & relationships. my sister DiD approve of him.. but not anymore, because we broke up one time, for this reason. and she didn't like him anymore after that. my friends HATE him, one of my friend's said "i jus` don`t lyk` him , why ? cuh`z he treats yew` lyk SHITTT & he has the potential to cheat on yew` at any moment .." she says that because he's close with his ex, he talks to girls and he flirts without knowing it. and it bothers me.. (i can't say anything about it.. cause sometimes he'd just bring up a problem about ME, and avoids what is bothering me.. sometimes).

that was a long story. but my answer will be short.

you said yourself you're not ready to have sex yet(good decision) so you are also not ready for a life long commitment either. You need to date more guys to see which flavor really suits you best. The fact your feelings for A are on and off means he is probably not the right flavor. Try D for a while and see how it works, if not D or A remember that there are 24 more letters to the alphabet. Q: I have a full size 4/4 cello. It's about 3 years old, but it looks brand new; no scratches, dings, or dents. I only played it for about 6 months. I want to sell it with its case; padded blue, the bow; also in perfect condition, and a hardly used rosin; Sherman's Cello Rosin. The case has two carrying handles on the left side, a strap on the left, and backpack straps on the back with three extra pockets and a zipper that goes all the way around. The case also has a small white paint stain on the front, but doesnt take away from its quality. The cello needs to be tuned and it needs new strings. I dont know the manufactuer because the sticker that is usuing inside with all that info. isnt there. But this cello is in exellent condition and plays great when in tune. Around how much can i sell this cello for?

the cheapest new cello I could find is $250 so there is your starting price. But you really need to get someone who knows instruments to look at yours because if its a real nice one it could be worth a lot more (thousands). you need to find out the maker.

remove and reinstall limewire. if that doesnt work
if you have the latest version of Java loaded already, you will likely have to remove and reinstall it. after that you will also need to remove and reinstall limewire again..

i currently live in mexico, i am head over heals in love with this guy, & he claims he loves me too...((he isnt myboyfriend though, not anymore at least))..we have been *together* for almost 1 1/2 yrs.. i basically feel like i cant live without him, he is te best thing that has ever happened to me... & last year i went away to the U.S for a month while he stayed here is mexico,before i went to the US everything was picture perfect with us.. he loved me so much & i knew he did, we always saw eachother, we talked everyday, he treated me like i was the most important thing in the world... which made me love him even more.. but when i came back.. everthing was different with us & he would always fight & never saw eachtother anymore or talked much... it was like i was just someone he knew... not someone important to him... i believe he fell out of love with me..

but now things are finally getting so much better with us again.. i loves me again (he always tells me) we always see eachother, we always talk, once again i am the most important thing in his world ((he has always been mine, since i met him))

now the problem is... i have the chance to go back to the US for about 1 or 2 months.. i want to o buti dont.. because i am so afraid that if i go.. that when i come back all the problems will come back... he will once aain fall out oflove with me.. and i dont want that.. i mean.. i want to go i havent been there in almost a year, but if i go.. i dont want problems with him again.. he is the most important thing in my life, and i cant bare to loose him again the way i did before..

I think you should go.

I also think you should find out what happened the first time you went away. Was he just jealous that you got to go and he didn't? Was he so mad because he was so lonely without you? if either of those were the reason it will likely happen again. Why can't he come too? If he treats you bad for something like this, then be prepared for him to treat you bad anytime you do something that he cant and you will have nothing but problems in the future as you both do different things in your lives and don't get to spend every minute together.

Q: I am 42 and I just recently got married to a woman I have known my entire life but we both got married to other people shortly after high school. She has three teenage daughters Sam is 19 Meagan is 18 and Audree is 16. Their father left them shortly after my wife had her youngest daughter and so she has raised them all by herself. They have always been pretty affluent because my wife's family has quite a bit of money and she is a magazine editor. She lets the girls get away with murder and they get everything rthey could possibly even dream of wanting. I have a very big issue with this since my three sons (19 18 aand 17) are expected to follow very strict rules. I was in the army for several years and my children are expected to abide by my rules or face the consequences.

The girls however are completely out of control, especially the youngest one, Audree. My wife and i both agreed on a curfew for the all six kids when they moved in. She convinced me to change the curfew of my sons to be midnight for all of the kids. I agreed but with hesitation. Like always before my kids have always gotten here on time or before their curfew while her daughters completely disregard the rules. For example, Audree was late for curfew 4 times out of the 7 days last week. My wife didn't even talk to her about it. When i confronted her al she said was "She is only 16. I think we should just let her live her life." I found out the other day that her girls have never been grounded, never had acurfew, and are very open about teh fact that they go to parties and drink. Sam has gotten in 4 accidents since she has lived here, and Meagan has her boyrfriend over all the time without supervision, all things i dont tolerate from my own kids. Audree came home in tears the other night because she got a ticket for driving 19 MILES OVER THE SPEED LIMIT! My wife just hugged her and tried to calm ehr down the entire night and i never heard a single word about the ticket, which i had to pay for sicne none of her kids have jobs. I almost feel as if she is condoning this outrageous behavior since she never repremands her kids. I don't know how to explain to my kids about thsi double standard in our house but i feel like i can't interfere quite yet with her disiplining (or lack there of)since i am not their real father and have only been in their lives for 3 years. I just don't know how much more of this disrepect i can take from them. They are beautiful girlsand i love them like my own. I wish i could treat them this way though. I feel like i owe it to them to lay down the law and punsih them for things like curfew and partying and bad grades but i dont know if it will just put more stress on our relationship that could eventually cause tension between my wife and I. How should i handle this?

i see three choices.

1. you keep dealing with it as you are knowing that at least you are teaching your sons that life isn't fair.

2. you convene a family meeting with everyone(including the wife), you post the rules, you post the punishments for breaking the rules, in advance, then the next time a rule is broken you enforce the punishment. If they get upset, you just calmly state that it would be unfair to (name of rule follower) if you didn't enforce the punishment on (rule breaker). then be prepared for the confrontation with the wife you've been avoiding.

Print this question you have posted here out. including my responses. Hand it to your wife and state you honestly think that nothing bad has happened to your step daughters so far in their lives due to an unbelievable lucky streak and that you're afraid of them coming to harm due to poor judgement and not knowing the simple life lesson that life can have major consequences if you never learn to follow rules and laws.

On the other hand there is one more thing to think about, two of your sons are over 18, one is almost 18, which in effect means they really don't have to listen to you if they don't want to. I lived under very strict parental conditions till I was 19 and then I basically moved out and started doing what I wanted to do. You should be prepared for this to happen to you in the near future and when one of your sons breaks free, if it happens to be the oldest you can bet the other two arent going to wait till they are the same respective age so it will likely hit you like an avalanche.

Remember that you married the woman, not her children and that in three years (when sixteen yr old girl is over 18) you can have a midlife crisis and throw all the kids out on their adult age butts and say. I'm done!! then take your wife on a nice long vacation.

Q: ive been thinking about becoming a full-time mom and setting up a "foster" home. like 4 or 5 children at a time. Can you give me any information at all. likes and dislikes, advantages and disadvantages...etc.

I think this is a great thing for you to do but I warn you that 3 or 4 kids (any age) is a lot of work. Much harder than any normal type job, and it runs from sunup till sundown. your significant other must totally be onboard too since this is not something that can be done alone. The advantages are that with several chidren at a time, once you get them established in a routine they can help each other a little bit but it is truly very hard work.

The rewards? Helping young people grow up to be healthy responsible adults is the reward, seeing someone triumph over whatever tragedy placed them in your care is what you recieve. For some this is more than enough.

How easy or difficult this will be for you to start is totally dependant on the programs and systems in place in the state where you live.

Q: Ok well Im getting my first car and I really really wanted a mustang and my parents said they would buy me one. But I got to thinking and I live in NY which equals a looot of snow and winter, and of course mustangs are pretty much useless in snow. So, now I'm thinking of getting an SUV.
