Hey...
just got a new laptop (dell) with windows vista and im wondering how to get all my songs onto itunes. i downloaded itunes off the internet but i cant get my songs to import. i tried doing the same process that i got info on for windows, but windows vista is different and the process doesnt seem to work.

Make sure you have the vista itunes update, first.
Then try importing the songs.
I have windows vista, and I had no problems with itunes.
However, i only used music from cds i had because i could not get other songs to work.
Try getting the update then uploading a few cds, that's what I did and it worked perfectly fine.

You'll catch them staring, but they will look away when they notice you looking.
They smile when they see you.
Their friends know about you.
They play with their hair when they talk to you.
If they act different than they normally would, bascially.
As for not saying anything, alot of girls believe a guy should make the first move.
If you see a cute girl who seems to be staring at you, bring up something that will be easy to talk about. It should start a conversation. If she's interested, she'll try to keep the conversation going. If not, she'll just end the conversation after a little bit.

Well it could mean one of two things.
One: She likes you and wants to let you know before she leaves. (probably this one)
Or
Two: She means you are one of her best friends and wants to make you realize that.
The fact you have a girlfriend can't stop a girl from liking you.
The way I see it;; she wanted her feelings out there before she was gone and didn't have the chance to tell you

Ok so i know this guy lets call him J. And me and him used to talk and flirt and stuff and i felt a really strong connection. If you like him, go for it.
If J says something to you, that could be a sign that he still likes you. And then you'd be in a hard position.

Vegetarians normally just eat no meat. (maybe a few things on side such as milk- if they don't like it or just dont want to.)
However, vegans- eat nothing that comes from an animal. Meat. Milk. Eggs. Etc.

hi, i know this might be a little too much information but i AM pretty nervous for some strange reason. First off i NEVER had sex in my life, i have done other things but sex isn't one of them. anyway. i am really nervous because my period the past 3 months has either been on the 7th or 8th day of the month but its now the 14th almost the 15th and i still haven't got it is that normal for a 15 year old girl?
now although i havent had sex im still REALLY nervous like if there is something wrong with me.

It's pretty normal not to get your period once in a while. Irregular periods are very common actually.
I would let this month go, and if it doesn't come next month, take a pregnancy test.

Well i use to date an older guy, not like creepy old, but you know. And we dated for a long time and we had sex. and he had a big you know what, and after we broke up i started dateing a kid my age, and well he has a small you know what. and we tryed to have sex before but i didnt feel anything. these are the only two people i'v had sex with before so its not cause im loose. Hm. Well since the guys you dated before were older, they've had more time to develop. The guy you are with now could still grow. And if not- there are always enlargement pills. Sex is not what a relationship is about- its just a fun part- so don't base your entire realationship on this. If it is all your basing them on- find a guy with a bigger one. ha good luck

Being a little scared for a first kiss is normal. But if you really want to do it, just lean in and do it. You're probably thinking about it too much and that could be whats screwing you up. Don't think as much next time, just lean in and kiss. No big deal really. Good luck.

okay so i had well tried to have sex with this boy. He was really small which i highly doubt is normally small. But anyway we tried to have sex and the condom broke before we even started. Then he asked if i wanted to try without one and me being really drunk i said okay. It wouldnt go in so he told me he was going to go to the store and get one He got pulled over. I would say to get ahold of him.
Maybe he thinks you are avoiding him because he wanted sex and it never ended up happening and that he stood you up.
Who really knows exactly how a guys mind works.
So I'd say just call him or whatever. At least you will know whats going on.

I'm going to volleyball tryouts for my freshman year the week of August 13-17 (school starts on the 16th). I've played soccer before on a rec. team but I'm not like the ultimate sporty girl. The only time that I've played volleyball was during the times that we played in gym. I have a really great advantage, though, and that is my height (5'8") and the ability to jump up and like set the ball.
What should I expect on the first day of tryouts? The sheet just basically says dress in a shirt, athletic shorts, clean tennis shoes, and hair must be put back away from the face. I've never really played volleyball for real, I'm a little nervous. Do you think I will be good as an actual player on the team? (link)

Volleyball is my FAVORITE sport so here are a few things i would guess are going to be going on at tryouts.
1. Bumping (passing with your forarms).
This will probably be with a partner back and forth with the coaches walking around to start. Then maybe some excersizes they set up to watch more closely.
2. Serving
Probably get some practice in with the coaches observing a little then possibly a game or warmup for closer observation.
3. Setting (passing the ball up with your finger tips, usually in order for someone to spike)
Same as before
4. Diving
5. Blocking
6. Spiking (the hardest of it all..for most people)
7. "Ready position" ALWAYS be ready. This means close to the ground knees bent arms extended watching the ball.

I am about ready to have a daughter anytime. But I am dreading it. Not because of labor, but because of the question "Whats the babies name?" I have her first and middle name picked. However her father and I arent married (yet). I want her to have his last name. So does he. But my parents are threatening to disown me if I dont give her my last name. They said not giving her mine will make things complicated for me (Like doctors, and legal things.) if he and I split up.I dont know if I should believe them or not. But they will scream at me if I dont give her my name. I wont give her 2 last names even though I could. I just want her to have his last name. He is her father and thats how it should be. Im so frustrated and stressed over it. Its stupid that they would make me feel like this about it. I try to talk to him and my parents, they both get defensive and mad at me just for bringing it up. I cant have them talk to eachother about it, because it will just be bad. He feels like they are trying to take his little girl away , and take him out of the picture. And I can understand why. I can't just tell them no. They do a lot for me and to lose them would break my heart. I dont know what to do about it. (link)

My suggestion would be (even though you dont want to) use both last names. His then yours. That way his is the main one. And you can ignore yours unless it is needed. Good luck.

hey. well, i'm getting ready to go into high school. and i'm sooo scared. i'm scared about all of the upperclassman, but the most thing i'm scared of is the work. i know it will be much harder. and i get soooo nervous on tests and stuff, and i'm really scared for finals. i HAVE to graduate. i can't fail. what grades do you have to get to pass classes? can it be an A,B, or C? cause i always thought that if it was D or lower, you couldn't pass your class. in middle school i always got A and B's, but i don't know how, cause i never really understood the work. and i don't remember stuff very well, so everything that i learned in school, i probably won't remember a lot of it. i really don't want to go to high school. on a scale of 1-10, how hard is the work?? i'm not smart, but i'm not dumb eathier.lol. and, i can't figure out my schedule at all. i've asked my cousin,and i'm going to ask my sister when i see her, but i've already asked a couple of my friends, and they don't know eaither. what do i do?!?! i'm freaking out right now! please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks! High school is really no big deal.
I know each school is different, but i'll give you the basics of where I'm from:
Upperclassmen: really no big deal. just don't be annoying & stupid. and seniors, yes they are usually allowed to jump the lunch line.
Passing Grades: it may be different there but you can pass the class with a D here.
Work: personally I don't think it got much harder. sure it's a bit more work but as long as you try your best you should be fine. a lot of teachers here grade for complete homework not correctness.
Taking notes: helpful. usually if the teacher takes the time to put it on the board- its bound to show up somewhere on a test or quiz.
