So you love it when your friends with this boy, but when your dating him you cant stand him. I think that this should support a decisiion to be friends with him. I know how hard it can be to have a guy that you really like when your friends, but dating him can be a pain. it will be kinda hard to accept that fact that he isnt the guy for you, but keep him close as a friend. maybe later on if yall are still close, you could consider dating him again, and he wont act wierd, he might mature out of it. So if i were you i would much rather be friends with a boy that i can have the time of my life with, than date him and not enjoy it at all.
Hope it all works out!!

I pretty much used to be in the same situation with my boyfriend and now I never wanna lose him after we gave up for a year or so. Good Luck. Obviously then he isn't your "true love", at least not now anyway. There's nothing wrong with you guys being friends. If you like him more as a friend, keep it as that. He probably just isn't your type to date.
