they have checkered, rainbow and some other colored suspenders as spencers. They also have some cool ones at like Clairs and hot topic.

I forget what the site was called but if I typed in a band name like The Spill Canvas 10 other band names would come up sounding similar.. and i dont remember what its called and its bothering me.

I get acne on my face alot. Its not like over dramatic bad but sometimes I just can't take it. I use face wash and stuff. It helps a little. I see girls who have like no acne on their face whatsoever. Do you think you can help me with this? Like any better stuff I can use for my face or if there is anything else? Thanks so much!

Use oxy 10. my doctor told me to use it and it helps a lot and it's a cream. they also make Oxy 5 but it's not as strong and it doesn't work as well but it still works.

so i have nice straight teeth. had braces for three years. i've used crest white strips, target brand whitening trays, use the crest white mouth wash, don't really drink alot of pop if i EVER DO it's like mountain dew but my teeth are just not that white still. i hate spending all this money, for something that i feel is not even working. there is no possible way i have the money to get it profesionally done but i see people who have the whitest teeth ever and i just wonder what they do. if any of you guys found something that works, let me know. anything will help [:

what ever you do, do not over brush your teeth to hard, you'll brush off the enamel that protects your teeth. once a week put a little baking soda on your tooth brush and it will whiten your teeth with the stuff that's in it.

The only place I can think of is ambercrombie and hollister, not many other places carry jeans like that, you might want to try wet seal maybe? or maybe Kohls. sorry I wasn't much help.

my question is: how do you tone your arms?

'Cause my arms are really flabby, and I already do cardio for atleast 45 minutes, 5 days a week + weights... but I don't want "ripped" arms, since I already have muscles... with a huge layer of fat ontop of it.

it depends on the type of stuff you like but your might try starting yogo. in november I started and not only is it relaxing it tones certain areas depending on the type of yoga you do. About a month ago I got Gaiam Yoga: core cross train and it works on toning your ars belly and legs. It's a little changeling but it's an option. I think yoga is great but it might not be for you. Why is it that some fellow advicenators tell young girls and boys it is okay to have sex or do other sexual acts "if they feel that they are ready" when they know that it is wrong. I believe they are just looking to get good ratings, do you agree? I'd much rather tell them the truth, that they are TOO YOUNG and have NO IDEA of potential consequences BESIDES pregnancy and get a lower rating than tell them it's okay. Am I the only one?

I suppose this can be seen as purely subjective, but is there anyone out there at or about my age (20) who thinks it's ok for 12 year olds to go around having oral sex and/or intercourse?

that's great if you say like you know, hey maybe you should wait to have sex because you don't want to regret it.
but if someone says NO don't have sex your to young. Do you reallly think the kids going to listen to you?

and I don't think ratings have anything to do with this.

I think the kid should know all the consiquences and every possible thing that could happen.
and that they should do there research before having sex but from there, choosing weather to have sex or not is truely up to them.

But I think you should live your life the way you want to and I think telling a 12 year old to have sex is basically setting the kid up for failure.
but if the 12 year old choose to have sex, I would not look down on them.

I'm 13 right now, I'll be honest and say that I've done alot of things but I haven't had sex.
I'm smart enough to realize that hey I could get pregnant, get a desease, perhaps ruin my life & I don't want to risk that right now.
hopefully the 12 year old will realize that too.

I've always dealt with severe acne on my face, but my body has always been smooth and baby soft. All of a sudden I have a huge outbreak of body acne! It's horrible! On my arms, shoulders, back, and completely covering my chest.

Does anyone know
1. WHY this happened all of a sudden?
2. How I can get rid of it?

the same thing happened to me.

alot of products just depend on your skin type if they work or not.
So you may just have to experiment around on different body washes geared toward body acne.

But I use Phisoderm Anti Blemish body wash.
It works wonderful for me.
and they also make a face wash verson.
YOu can get that at walmart, some walgreens carrys them and kmart doesn't.

what is the best way to remove upper lip hair (for females) i tried using the hair removal cream but it leaves stubs...

DO NOT shave it.
I've learned from experience that when you shave the hair only grows back faster and thicker.

so don't shave it or it will repetively grow back and get even more noticeable.

try going to walgreens or walmart or something and buying waxing stuff.

ok so im going vegetarian and i need some recipes or like product suggestions from all you veggie advicenators.like tofu recipes and such.

I can't lose weight. No matter how hard I try. I want to lose maybe 10 lbs and even when I only eat 1000 calories, I don't lose any weight what-so-ever. The only way I lose weight is by eating 400 or less calories and that's just not enough food. I don't understand why some people can eat 2x what I eat and weigh less than me. Is there anything I can do to lose weight and not be eating less than 400 calories?! thank you.

ok if you only weigh 102 lbs and you 24 then I'd say that's pretty good already. you bmi body mass index is about 28% and 50% is about average so your below average so I really don't think you need to lose weight but anyways just try like limiting you intakes like you are but makes sure pop, fats, and sweets are pretty much erased from your diet. you can't always loose wieght but monitering your food. run alot, about every day if your trying to loose leg weight, also spend your days as much as you can out side juts hanging out or playing sports as long as your moving. hope I helped.

well it can only really be bad for you if it doesn't fit propperly and bluss it's may depend on the bra but if you sleep in bras it icreases your chances of getting breast cancer so that may also be why she thinks there bad.

I'm 13 and I use tampons. As long as you know how to but them on correctly and make sure you know what your doing you should be fine. Tampons are actually a great thing and I really don't think there uncomfurtable eather.
