Destroyed Brand jeans have the hottest bleached, ripped, destroyed or distressed jeans out there (I think). You can check them out at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

i have an idea that won't cost you much. :]
make 'em yourselves. haha.
i know it might sound a little stupid, but i did that with my own pair of normal jeans and it turned out to look store bought. you can take a nail filer and kinda 'file' the spots of jeans where you wanna have it cut, or you can take scissors and open the scissors, and use the blade, whatever you do, don't cut the pants.
hope i helped.

The only place I can think of is ambercrombie and hollister, not many other places carry jeans like that, you might want to try wet seal maybe? or maybe Kohls. sorry I wasn't much help.
