i have asn old hp and when i lived with my dad it would let me burn cds but now that i am back wif my mom everytime i start to burn a cd it spits ot the cd and a message pops up saying that i need to lower the speed of my computer or something how do i do this does anyone kno how to help me oh and i use wmp (windows media player) to burn my cds
A more exact error message would be very helpful. Does your computer even have a CD burner?
hi its me again okay i have a question well me and my boyfriend have been having sex and he says he can't have kids . well we have been having safe sex and i am not scared of it i am just wonderin can i get pregnant if he say's he ant have kids and he doesnt wear a condom when we have sex again?i mean should i trust him on him saying he cant have kids or should i ask someone like his sister? i just dont know if i should believe him and plz answer my question here it is again. Assuming he is telling the truth you cannot get pregnant, but I'd doubt that personally.
Like everyone says, always use a condom and if you want, consider going on a birth control pill.

Hey what progran can you use to make icons that move like?
Assuming you'd like to make animated icons, you'll need an animation program like Flash (www.macromedia.com) or Swish.
If you want to make static icons, use your favorite graphics program and use IconArt to convert them to icons.
IN the Sims Superstar, how do you get them famous, and what does it mean when there is that face in the bottom w/ stars over it? and they need 2 or something?

Hey, i've gotten my site going good with free stuff. It's getting big also. Soon, all i'll need to do is find a free search engine host to host my site on some search engines. Does anyone know of a good free search engine host?
All of the answers provided are worthless, as MSN feeds off of Yahoo! search results anyway. Submitting your web site to Google is rather easy, just go to: http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl
To submit to Yahoo! (and its partner search engines) go to http://submit.search.yahoo.com/ and you'll see the various options.
However, you'll need to add Meta Tags to your web site's head section (surrounded by tags). After some quick researching I found http://vancouver-webpages.com/META/mk-metas.html which is a user friendly way to create meta tags.

Using your IP Address (not number) they can figure out your general location, and possibly trace it from another part of the site such as a forums, or member system. They won't be able to get your address, or a specfic thing on who you are.
Hi! I need to make a webpage for a class through either Microsoft FrontPage or Notepad, but I wanted to know do you need a FTP program to view the webpage? I'm trying to work on the webpage but its not viewing correctly. Thanks in advance!
To view a Webpage, you don't need any type of FTP program (like SmartFTP, or CuteFTP).
However, assuming your host does not have an online file manager (where you can upload files) you'll most likely need an FTP program.
Programs like Frontpage and Dreamweaver both have built in FTP utilities and upload capabilities though.
I want to upload pictures onto my computer from my digital camera. However, we lost the cable that is supposed to connect the camera to the computer. Can you buy that cable seperately?
It depends on the camera, but it seems as if you only need a specfic type of a USB cable. Go to your camera maker's web site and check it out, and see if they sell what you need.

Like mentioned, you can go to the Planned Parenthood center and get it for free, and your parents won't find out (for a while). However, assuming you want to do it right, you should go to a doctor and get a perscription, and insureance will cover it.
I have an Alligator Snapper. It is still very young and is only about 9-10 ounces. What should I feed it? I have tried "Reptile Sticks" that float, but Squirt(The Turtle) doesn't eat them that much...What other kinda stuff is out there?

My friend's favorite thing to do was always acting, and she always wanted to make it big time. She recently tried out for a broadway show, but didn't think she'd get a part. It turned out that she did get a part, and a good one too! The thing is, she got so nervous about going into fame and all that, that she's not really sure she wants to do it anymore. I mean it's her dream to be famous and all, but she's just kinda nervous about it. I know that if she turns down the offer she'll regret if for life. What can I say to her to remind her of the good things in fame? Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of being famous?

Some people wouldn't want anything besides fame (like your friend), but others (like myself) don't really want to be famous, it depends on the person.
If she really does want to be famous, remind your friend that this could be a once in a lifetime oppurtunity and if she passes it up she could loose her chance.
Tell her to look at this way - what's the worst that could happen? The worst possible thing is that she messes up, and overall that isn't that bad, especially if she isn't sure she wants to enter the industry.

It is quite possible he is only in the relationship for sex and not much else. You should sit down and talk about it and tell him you are not comfortable with it, and if he dumps you, you know he was never in it for the right reasons anyway.

Umm.. For your pimples there are a lot of options. Go to a makeup store (like sephora or w/e) and ask one of the sales people that question. They should be able to help you. Clothes are important too, walk around the mall and see what is in style.
Crest white strips are great and $20 isn't really that expensive. Most other options are even more expensive. Try a good whitening toothpase and brush your teeth frequently. And of course stay away from red sauces, etc. or anything that may stain your teeh.

Good question. I have contacts and trust me they are way better than glasses. I only need to take mine out once a week, which is easy. They don't hurt at all and you dont notice they are in. They'll only come out if you rub your eyes a lot and hard or something large goes in your eye. Your eyes may get dry but you just put saleen in them and it is better.
