You can download it free for a trial I think it's either 30, 60, or 90 days for the trial or you can purchase it at your local computer store! It's not very easy to find in stores like Walmart, but you can find it quickly in electronic stores. Hope I've Helped! It's pretty self explanatory if you get it, but if you need help when you get it, just message me! ♥ [ xOtWiXi's advice column | Ask xOtWiXi A Question ]

EJ47 answered Saturday April 23 2005, 10:45 am: Don't waste time trying to make things in Paint of some crap someone /made/ themselves. If you want to make some good animations, I suggest you go to www.macromedia.com and download their trial of the latest Flash MX. It comes with DreamWeaver, FlashPlayer, FireWorks(basically Photoshop) and FreeHand. What you'll want to do is use FlashPlayer. You can go to either
www.flashplayer.com/forum or just google the ways to do it ^^

The whole Flash MX Studio after the trial costs $600 if you want to buy it, but you won't be forced to because you downloaded the trial. [ EJ47's advice column | Ask EJ47 A Question ]
Erinn_the_bamf answered Saturday April 23 2005, 10:06 am: What I do is first make the frames I want in paint. Then I use a program called movies12 to animate them together. Go to this website and scroll down. Past all the links. It gives you a turtorial on how to make icons using that program. And downloading it is completely free.
Karen answered Saturday April 23 2005, 9:58 am: To make icons that are animated and move, you need to either use Adobe Photo Shop or Paint Shop Pro 8 or 9. Those are programs that most icon makers use to make icons, blends, etc. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
