okay well i've always told myself that i'm going to wait until marriage before i have sex... but now that i'm older and in highschool i've faced reality. and i'm not gonna kid myself. if i'm ready to have sex, i'm going to. of course i'm gonna wait for the guy i love, but still. everyone always says "wait til marriage" but in reality WHO REALLY DOES? and even if i have sex with a guy and we break up and regret it, that doesnt mean i'm gonna be depressed for the rest of my life would it? so whats the big deal? who agrees. WHO CARES WHAT EVERYONE ELSE DOES? its YOUR life, and YOUR choice, and if you wait until marriage, who is really gonna know. and if they do, do you think they're going to label you or something. like if you knew a girl who was waiting would you be thinking ' o my gosh what a stupid person'. no, probably not. its a personal choice, and if you're going to be phased by the world on an issue so personal, thats kinda shallow. make this choice for you, not for 'reality' or society.

idk what to do any more me and this guy went out for a while and i really liked him....but we lived like 20 mins away from eachother,so0o he did this to me 3 times...he keep sayin i dont know if we should still go out any more and by the 3 time he broke up with me.....he broke my heart 3 TIMES and he told me he still loved me and all that and i met another guy like a week ago that i started to really like and ((this other guy that broke my heart was goin to ask me out again and i felt so0o bad that i didnt love him any more and every ones like yellin at me b.c i wouldnt go back out with him ((even though he hurt me more then i hurt him)) what should i do to make him be my friend HELP ???? ~well it might take him awhile, if ever, if he's going to be your friend. when he broke your heart, would you have really felt like being his friend? give him some time to cool off, and then talk to him. tell him you care about him, but not that way, and you hope this doesn't come between you two. and as for those people who are yelling at your for not going back out with him, don't listen to them at all.. never let anyone (friends or family) force you into a relationship. they didn't exactly feel the hurt and pain he put you through did they? so they really have no right to say anything bad about your decision. and concerning this new guy, i hope everything works out better this time for you. have fun with it!

My 14th birthday is comin up soon and i want to get my belly button pierced for my birthday because i have a nice body and with my belly button pierced, it would look really good. My parents said i couldn't get anymore piercings cuz i already have three piercings on my left and right ears and one more piercing on the top of my left ear. I really want my belly button pierced and i dont know how to convince both of my parents to let me get it done. Can someone please help me out lol? One more thing, if anyone would like to tell me how you get your belly button pierced like how they do it and etc, that would really help so i can show my parents and maybe they would let me get my belly button pierced.

~ well the first thing i would do, is to research it on the internet and print off some info, like is it safe, what is the percentage of infection, and how to keep it clean, etc. they're probably worried about stuff like that, so that can help set their minds at ease. also tell them that its really important to you.
one more thing...if they do say no, then do not do it behind their back. they will be super mad, and might lose their trust in you.

I like this guy alot, and he's my friends neighbor there no problem. we both flirtall the time (anthony and me). its just that at sometimes he'll go i don like you what are you doen here but he'll say it sarcasticly. and then at other times he'llplay footsie with me. i like him alot. but idk wheter should i confront him, or just keep things the way they are. i see him alot during the summer so that wouldnt b a problem.and hes a grade aahead of me idk if that might be the problemt too. please help (link)

Definitely go up to him! He sounds like he really likes you, but is waiting for you to make the move. and don't worry about that one grade. some girls date guys that are 2, 3, or even 4 grades ahead, and that can be a problem. here's what i'd do, but if your kinda shy, this might not work.
~ you go up to him and sit right by him. you're just talking, whatever...FLIRTING...must flirt! then like just stop talking...so its silent. then smile and say, "you have something on your face'. he'll say 'where' and then gently, softly and slowly kiss him on the cheek (if your brave...THE LIPS) the relationship should go from there :)

My bf has this friend brit and i am almost positive she likes him and like he asked me would you be mad if i saw a girl in a swimsuit and she was biking and i was to and i went up to talk to her? and i said umm no..? and he said o cuz i saw brit. and another time he went to her house and he is like brit wants us to go over to her house 8 or 9 in the morning but he didnt go so thats good. idk she is just prettier then me and skinnier then me .. thats when we sorta got in a bad situation i told him i thought i didnt meet up to his standards and he said in otherwards you think you arent good enough for me? and i said yeah and he said well if anything your to good for me but that was awhile ago .. so what should i do or even tell him?! He sounds like an excellent guy to me! and he also sounds like he likes you a lot. you're really lucky :). also, if your afraid about her 'stealing' your guy, i wouldn't worry about it, cuz he's probably too smart for that. and if he's not then he's really not worth your time is he? ;)

well girl, you're going to need to talk to him sometime! especially if he's your boyfriend. and if he really likes you, he won't listen to what his friends say! and if he does then, hes really not worth it, is he?
Call him! Talk to him! See whats on his mind! and if he does break up with you, then you will have at least gained lots of experience in the dating field. but i think you'll find everything will be ok!

well a great place to start out with is at www.creativecommunications.com...then move onto www.poetry.com. also, go to bored.com and they'll have a place where you can go to publish your poems. and if you have a really great poem, that you're confident about....enter it in more than one contest. thats what i did with this one poem, and i got honors in every contest. in the creativecommunications.com one, i got top 10 in the nation...if you want to read it, then email me at sugarnspice845@yahoo.com...i would give it to you, but i'm worried others might plagerize.

Im 16/f and i think im addicted to alcohol...whenever i see it i must have one...its really bad....ive been drinking for abotu two years now...and im always safe about it..i just ALWAYS want it...like if my rents go out for 15 minutes im in the cabinet taking out vodka...i really dont know what to do... well you've taken the first step in admitting you might have a problem, and the second step, asking for help. if i were you, i'd tell your parents. they might take it hard, but in the end its best if they know, so they can support you. then they can get rid of all the alcohol in the house. if you keep getting it elsewhere, then i would admit myself into a rehab. center. i really hope things work out for you!

Okay.. well Ive been with my boyfriend for 16 months (on wednesday) Anyways.. he got drunk last night and cheated on me with his ex.. and he said that he didnt even mean to, he was just drunk.. and that he loved me he just wanted to take a break.. and he came back online, and we were talking.. and it was like.. we were still together.. i mean he still called me "babygirl" and said I love you when he had to leave.. what should i do? :/ Thanks!~ (link)

Well in any other situation I'd say 'ditch him', but one thing that you've got to consider is those 16 months of being together!! 16 months is a long time to through everything away in one drunken night. You have to look back at those 16 months...have they been good, has be been great to you? Has he devoted his time to you, and do you really feel something special? If you do, than you need to talk to him...not over the internet. you need to sit down and discuss what happened and talk through it. most importantly, GET through it. it'll take awhile to rebuild the trust, but you can do it! and one more thing....if he EVER does this again....drunk or not, its a sign he's taking advantage of you. then i go back to my first line...DITCH HIM.

Hey, its all about the bargain shopping. Chances are your mom or friends or someone will know when a sale is going on. Like at my favorite store Wet Seal last month there was a 50% off AND buy one get one free...it was so great! even if you're not planning to buy anything, on a boring saturday get your friends up to the mall with $20.00 in your pocket...you might find some great deals! and remember...if you see a shirt for $30 at one store and one just like it at a 'cheaper' store for like $10, don't worry about the label, its what you feel comfortable in.
and how to get the money, try babysitting, mowing lawns, selling handmade jewelery, or be a party planner...thats where you help parents plan birthday parties for young kids, decorations, games, etc. its a great way to earn $$.

I know rejection is tough to deal with, but if you don't ask him out, you're probably going to regret it for A LONG time. Imagine that you don't ask him out and 5 years from now you find out that he liked you, but he was scared too? Wouldn't you feel really bad? You know a lot of times girls put all the pressure on guys to ask them out, when they can be just as shy. And to make it more comfortable, maybe try calling him or talking to him on the internet. any way you do it, ease into it, don't just come out and say "Be my boyfriend please!". Try, "Hey, doesn't w/e movie look great? Hey maybe we could see it sometime?...Like Friday?"
And even if he says no, you'll always be able to say that you were the girl who went and did it, not let her fear overtake her. and if he rejects you, it'll hurt, but you'll get over it! you'll move on and find a guy a little more interested ;)

Well if you're comfortable wearing flip flops, thats what you should wear!! i wont like though, you'll probably get some looks...not that a lot of people will probably stare at your feet though....just remember that lots of people are superficial about looks, but they dont matter do they? :)

One of 7 or not, its no excuse for her to steal...its really wrong and could get her into a lot of trouble! if you think that her parents will be hard on her, just wait until the stores catch her. most stores prosecute shoplifters to the full extent of the law, which is alot. you HAVE to tell someone, for your the good of your friend. its gonna be scary, but she could get arrested, and fined A LOT of money.
and this DOES NOT make her a bad person! and dont let anyone tell you it does!

well i wouldn't go so far as saying 'Mr. Right'...remember at 15 most guyz have a one track mind, and do i need to tell you what track its on? but he sounds interested, so go with it. if he's sweet, make it a relationship, but remmember if he ever pressures you to do something you don't want to, say NO and end it! he could hide his true self for awhile trying to fool you.

Well for your really good friend trust me, she'll like anything you get her, but if you want it to be special, why not get out your creative side? borrow a camera from someone and make a movie for her (and your) eyes only. tell her about how much she means to you, how much she's changed your life for the better, how you've grown as a person because of her, funny moments, you kno. then wrap the tape in like 10-15 layers of tissue paper, so it looks HUGE. it'll take her awhile to unwrap it, so you'll get lots of laughs. anyway, if shes having a big party, ask her not to watch it until everyone else is gone...then if she's the sentimental type (or you are) grab some tissues and watch it....believe me, she'll treasure it forever....wouldn't you?
and for your not so good friend? why not get her a gift certificate for like $25.00 dollars then put it in the smallest box you can find....then put that box in a bigger one, that one in a bigger one, etc., etc. she'll think she's getting something huge, but she'll still like the gift.
both of these will take some time, but if they're your friends, they're worth it ;)

okay my friend and i were talking the other day and he was saying stuff like "BYE THIS IS GOOD BYE FOR EVER" and all this other stuff and im like what are you talking abotu seriously and then he sent me a picture of im guessing it was his arm and it had cuts all over it and he goes now times that by 10 im like wow okay then hes like your runing my death stop talking to be then he signed off the computer he has done something like this before but nothing like that serious and i talked to him the next day after but once this happend i haven't spoken to him in 2 days im kind of worried what should i do? Obviously your friend is really depressed. But whats more if he was going to committ suicide he probably would have already done it. what he's doing now is an attention cry. He's depressed, but he knows he doesn't want to end it, but doesn't know how to get help, so he cries out for attention this way. First you need to tell an adult, like your parents, cuz they can really help you through this. Second, try and convince your friend to see a counselor somewhere and make sure to let him know that you are always going to be there for him, and that you are not going to leave him (sometimes depressed people think this). it'll take time, energy, and patience, but your friend is worth it!
p.s. make sure you let him know that he is worth it.

unfortunetly it only stops when you get your period. if it really irritates you, try a panty liner, but never use a tampon for vaginal discharge...you could develope TSS {toxic shock syndrome}. i hope i helped!
