Aside from the question of the hymen, already answered by others, there is no objective answer as to what your virginity even is.
A reasonable way to look at this is that, instead of a yes or no on whether you've had sex, there is a curve of how MUCH you've had sex.
So playing with yourself is an amount of "lost virginity", but not complete.
Another person licking you is a bit more "lost" (or gained, in wonderful experience...if he's good at it).
Another person fingering you is yet another degree of lost/gained.
The same for giving oral.
And anal.
And, last but not least, coitus.
What you care about is your choice.
What someone you date cares about is a question to settle with them.

The hymen is stretchy like a rubber band and will over time stretch to allow your finger, a tampon, a dildo or a male penis. There is no way for any person, even a Dr. therefore, to know whether you masturbated or had sex with a guy.
In some countries of the world, men still expect their wife to bleed on their wedding night and the fact is, even if she's a virgin, meaning no man has ever been inside her, she still may not bleed causing him to believe she's had sex before and thus be angry with her. If that is the situation here, there are companies that sell fake hymens you insert that are filled with a blood like substance that will show when he enters and the item rips. I only mention that since you used the phrase 'test for virginity'. There is no such test anywhere in the world. However some misguided males still believe a show of blood proves virginity and that is a bunch of hogwash.

Todays definition of virginity is much different then for your grandmother or great grandmother. Virginity for them was an intact Hyman and there was a blood stain on the sheets on the wedding night.
Todays women is much more active, uses tampons and is far more likely to rupture her Hyman long before a penis or finger ever comes near her vagina. Todays definition of virgin is or loss of virginity is when a penis enters a vagina then virginity is lost.
Fingering or oral sex has nothing to do with virginity. Until you allow someone to put his penis in your vagina which is the definition of intercourse; you remain a virgin with or without an intact Hyman.
FYI: There is no such thing as a virginity test. Your doctor cannot tell if you are a virgin or not. All the doctor can tell is if you have an intact Hyman. If you use tampons it is very likely you ruptured your Hyman when inserting t=on.
