(kinda hard to write this without using my age.....)
I really need some help with this. When i go to school, I finish all my work WAY before the deadline. I get bored because my teachers do not have any more work for me. A teacher suggested moving schools, one with an IB program. I am sick of being bored, but I dont want to leave behind my best friends. I am DEFINITLY not popular but I love my school. Should I move? Thanks.

When you leave school, you're likely to leave your best friends behind anyway, as most people do when they leave. You can, however, keep in contact with them through texts and phonecalls if necessary without face-to-face meeting. Being in a school more appropriate to your intelligence could possibly help you more than being in a school you love, but that's entirely down to you. Going to a school for fitting for you may benefit you greatly, people of your intellect and passion don't come along very often, maybe you should pursue the other school because the future obviously holds great things for you. Try talking to your friends and family about this and see if you can make a decision together or compromise to still see your friends once a week so that you don't miss them or lose contact with them, but the new school could be really good for you and you may find that all the things your current school doesn't have, your new one could have. Good luck with whatever you decide, I wish you the best in your future. [ supermood's advice column | Ask supermood A Question ]
