Firstly if you dont want to - then dont. Dont feel forced to do anything you feel uncomfortable with and if he cant handle that then hes not worth it.

1) have some sort of wetness on your hands (lube,saliva ect)
2)slowly and lightly move your hand up and down his penis
3) tag up and down underneath the side of his shaft
4)gently squeeze the base and middle of his penis
