Lowering my BMI I'm 15, 4ft 11 inches and 55kg; as a result I have an unhealthy BMI of 25. I am unlikely to grow in the next few years so any chance of slimming my weight down due to growing in height is out of the question. I'm struggling to lose fat and I want help to find ways to engross myself in a healthy lifestyle, one that I can maintain for years. I want to feel happy about myself and not think about the fat that is on my body. I need advice on how to combat this, please.

Go vegan. I went vegan this year and have lost 40 pounds, with minimal exercise, bringing down my BMI from 30 to 24. My goal for next year is to lose 30-40 more pounds, I just need to start exercising on a regular basis.
These two movies turned me into a vegan overnight.
