a guy grabbed my butt
So I'm 18 years old and I'm studying in a university that is located in a bad neighborhood but I had to go there, all my life I spent it on studying or going out to elegant shopes and that's it, Anyway so today in the MORNING a guy who was driving right beside my dorm kept driving till he got right beside me and he grabbed my butt I was so shocked that I run fast to my dorm and started crying and right now I'm confused, was that normal? Did I overreact? Should I try and do something about it or just let it go?

That is sexual harrassment and you should report it!! report it to the school,or dean what happened.
No,that is NOT normal,anyone who touches you in that way without your knowledge or consent is wrong! No,you did not overeact.This incident maybe has you feeling less safe and now more cautious which is understandable.
If possible,when you walk out of your dorm,suggest a friend go with you,or you have an honest,respectful guy friend that can escort you to your classes or around campus,or just to be near you to keep an eye out for while,it will make you feel more safe and secure!
