Guys, is he jokingly asking me out?
Hi, he's star sign is cancer and mine's scorpio. he jokes and flirts with everyone but not in a gross way but in a playful way. stares at me a lot. caught him tons of times looking at me. everyone likes him. he wanted me to for a drinks few times together including others but i didn't as i was working the next day. so, guys is that the way of asking me out or is he just being friendly?

He is interested or he wouldn't be doing this. The hard part is knowing whether it's as friends or if he has something else in mind with you. You cannot get ahead of yourself there. What should you do? If I were you I would take him up on the drink offer and see what unfolds.
Don't allow yourself to push for something. Go for drinks and see what happens a the very least you get a friend. If he's been asking a few times and shows a lot of persistance in being playful and flirting then in all likelihood he is. You'll know soon enough if you go for drinks. People who flirt etc. can be just friendly but I have a hunch it may be more. See what happens when you go out.

Are you hoping and wishing desperately to find a boyfriend? Cus if you are, you just might interpret regular gestures and words as something more from a guy. Guys are not that complicated. If they see something they want, they go after it, or her.
Being attracted to a person and asking them out is no 'joking' matter. This is something that should be considered an important part of life, not something to make a game of, or do half heartedly, or take lightly.
Now if a guy was unsure of himself, shy, lacks self confidence, he might hint around at it but he wouldn't even have the presense to be able to 'joke' and 'flirt' which this guy does. So he's not shy, which means, if he wants to ask a girl out, he'll have no trouble being direct about it.
So if you like him, you ask him out when its convenient for you. It doesnt have to involve drinking. If he is regularly a flirt, he may just love the attention he gets back, not want to be serious about any one girl for long and just go from one to the other just for the fun cus he isnt into seriously wanting to commit to a relationship. So be careful dear. Sometimes those who joke, flirt and are very outgoing and a friend of all can be nice but they can also be players, attracted sexually and wanting sex but not anything more. If you are looking for more, decide what that looks like and sounds like and beware that females who have sex too early before they really get to know what a guy is all about get emotionally attached too early on cus of the sex and then get hurt when dumped. Just be careful.

I'm guessing you've asked this more than once. But now what happened to your boyfriend? LOL. I guess you are indeed thinking about going out with this guy. Well, make sure that that's what you wanna do. Including leaving your bf and realize that if it doesn't work out. You still gotta see him at work every day.
