Would like a good workout routine

Question Posted Sunday August 30 2015, 3:44 am

Hi, I am from Australia and am turning 14 soon. I like to have a slim body, not too bulky and muscly (just my preference for me). What is a good workout routine for just at home in my room? I don't have much strength in my arms so I won't be able to do like 50 pushups or something like that. I have a skipping rope with weighted handles that I plan to use more. Thanks!

I agree with Messi completely, but I'd just advice you to do it the easier way. You're an adolescent ;) We do our cardio the natural way :D hahahaha

Just eat meat a lot then work out a lot also but just don't do what i do, you could just get some of it and then do it if you can do it. Because what i do is extraneous work-out
I am a person who workouts in process, so what i would do in your situation just workout 30-45 minutes of your time for 5-6 times a week.

What you could do is start with push-ups, then use your jumping or skipping rope and do it for 5-10 times or more so you would have a slim body. What you could also do is pull-ups and leg raising for 20 times. Lastly what you could do in your room is jump push-ups 10 times for how many sets you could do.

I am just a person who works out 5 times a week with weights 25 pounds, runs in my treadmill for 2-3 km, and does curl-ups 60 per set, barbell that weighs 50 pounds, and lastly push-ups for 30 times
